What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

It is a tool is based enterely on the orchestation of marketing through email campaings where it seeks to attract customers and at the same time increase the customer base as it has features of customization in camopaings which is what currently seeks user when you want to market any product, Adobe Marketo Engage is very particular because it is mainly a very intuitive platform that also offers each of its users to track each product that launches to see if it is profitable or not marketing or if the product is truly competitive and at the same time identifies and contact the most potential customers who are interested. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage?

Your programming with templates is a little unstable since in some cases they tend to leave unprocessed templates that have alreade been successfully completed. this is an error that Ihave has a few times but it is important to modify this variable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With this platform we are able to maintain a constant marketing without the need to be in every moment marketing the products to each client manually, it has also helped us to attract new customers and in turn we have increased our reliability with potential customers because Adobe Marketo Engage does not classify them in an orderly manner from the least potential to the most potential thus achieving meet the needs of each of the services they decide. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

I have been use Marketo now for over fice years and I have seen just how far the tool has come since beginning my working career. It is fasinating just how quickly Adobe adapts and changes with current trends. The layout makes it easy to use and navigate. Their customer support is quick to respond and help out with any issues you may encounter. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

I like the seamless integration with Adobe tools and third-party platforms, making it super convenient and marketing work more consistent. I love the ability to customize campaigns and tailor them to the target audience. I used it now and then for my film marketing and even so, I'm still finding new features to make it more worth while like advanced analytics and multi-channel automation. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage?

If you're new to marketing automation (like i was), this could definitely be a daunting tool. Especially the learning curve. Over the course of 7 months I used it about biweekly. It wasn't easy to use at first, especially as a team of one. Customer support can be time consuming so I turned to youtube a lot for help. Also the abundance of features can be overhwhelming. Its helping me solve how to connect with the right audience at the right time with the right messaging. The automation tools help streamline lead managment so people don't slip through the cracks. What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage?

I've been using Marketo for over 7 years, before Adobe purchased them, and I expected there to be more enhancements to the platform when Adobe did takeover, such as AI-powered suggestions and ehanced reporting. I use marketo on a daily basis running email marketing campaigns. I report on campaign and audience performance regularly, and I wish there were some things I could report on in Marketo that simply aren't available. Marketo needs to have better integrations with the major CRM's to better track revenue without having to navigate to outside sources and learn more systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inability to trigger email journeys based off of product-usage for my B2B SaaS org. Some competitors can do this, but they're systems are so much worse. What do you like best about Adobe Experience Cloud?

The Adobe Experience Cloud is something I like the most because it just brings everything together. These are the things I hate about Adobe Experience Cloud; it is too expensive and complicated. The numerous options can be confusing, particularly towards people who are not very conversant with technology. The learning curve is steep, and you will find that a lot of time and effort go into getting to grips with all the tools available here. Further, there is the issue of cost which might become a challenge especially for smaller businesses or start-ups operating on limited budgets. Investing in setup, training and other ongoing support work could quickly accumulate to tons of cash. Moreover, it enables personalized experiences through its use in adobe target as well as the optimization of ad campaigns on various channels by using adobe advertising cloud.
