Highly configurable site optimization, straightforward to debug and preview test subject experiences. Simple reporting interface to measure performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Measurement with Adobe Analytics, sounds good on the surface and is seemingly simple to set up; however, caveat here- the analytics themselves need to be bulletproof. Custom events and custom dimensions, depends on how and when they are collected, may make a confusing report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the best aspects of Adobe Target is its ability to easily create and run A/B and multivariate tests across various channels. The platform’s robust targeting and segmentation options allow us to personalize user experiences based on detailed data, which improves conversion rates significantly. Additionally, the integration with Adobe Analytics provides powerful insights that help optimize campaigns in real time. The ease of setting up experiments without needing deep technical expertise is also a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Adobe Target is powerful, it can be quite complex to set up and configure, especially for teams without dedicated technical resources. The learning curve is steep, and some features feel overcomplicated. Additionally, it can be slow to load, and the interface could be more intuitive. Integration with non-Adobe products sometimes requires additional steps, and the pricing can be high for smaller businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Adobe Experience Cloud is something I like the most because it just brings everything together. By integrating marketing, analytics, and content management tools seamlessly, this makes it very effective and user-friendly. I love that it goes deep into customer habits so that I can create my own customized marketing campaigns. This is a game-changer in terms of real-time data analytics and automation functions which help me to make better decisions about my marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
These are the things I hate about Adobe Experience Cloud; it is too expensive and complicated. The numerous options can be confusing, particularly towards people who are not very conversant with technology. The learning curve is steep, and you will find that a lot of time and effort go into getting to grips with all the tools available here. Further, there is the issue of cost which might become a challenge especially for smaller businesses or start-ups operating on limited budgets. Investing in setup, training and other ongoing support work could quickly accumulate to tons of cash. On top of this, it would be nice if there existed more pocket-friendly pricing plans or scaled-down versions of these products meant for small ventures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adobe Target is great for our personalization efforts and ultimately does what it needs to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up the targets can be very manual, and a bit of an eyesore. If there's a way to improve the UI or make it less manual (without the addition of more Adobe products), that would be a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
