Adobe Acrobat Sign makes e-signing documents painless and easy. You are also able to easily view all signed documents inside one easy-to-navigate portal as well for added convenience. This software is free to use if you are receiving the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adobe Acrobat Sign is on the more expensive side of software if you are sending documents to be signed. Account management can be difficult if you have personal, educational, and business accounts all tied to one email address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is an ease of use to Adobe Acrobat Sign, which was a departure from Docusign before it. It has a pretty easy-to-understand interface, and setting up a document to get signed I think overall was relatively easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a lot of trouble using Acrobat Sign to any sort of effectiveness. My major qualm with Adobe is not because it's hard to use, but because of how limiting it is to use if you don't have the budget, considering Adobe's recent price hike to all of their software and their aggressive stance at buying out any competition. Services like document signing shouldn't be as restrictive as this, especially coupled with their Adobe Cloud, which, of course, if you want to use their software, you must use only their software. Document cloud allows me to get contracts signed and received quicker, and it is so easy to track. Previously, I would create the contract, send it to the client by email/post, and wait for it to be returned. Which takes time, and inevitably, the client misplaces it. Having everything in a secure location is a game-changer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike; having an automated system that keeps emailing the recipient if they haven't completed would be handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All in one software with audio, video, graphic and web features where you can access fonts, photos, templates and many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's paid. And I didn't find any dislike in case of its working features and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allows me to set up a flow for multiple signatures if needed. It notifies me each step of the way and provides the completed signed document for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found a downside yet. It's easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of finding and sorting files saved in cloud storage and removing clutter is practical. The way it separates it by type of files, shared or scanned, is efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes some time to adjust to the way it is set up. At first, it felt like files were lost, but it took some adapting to the cloud storage categories. Now I know where to look if a file was shared, scanned, or created by myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely like the workflow / wizard Adobe Sign provides to guide the user through sending out documents for e-signature. I also really like the ability to drag and drop the fields required of each signer so that they're not searching around for where their inputs are needed. The auto-reminder feature and tracking tab are a god send! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not really a major issue, but the focus is on passing around PDF documents (vs. other document types like images or Microsoft Office documents). Integrating Sign with our CLM system was a bit of a process - but with support, we were able to get through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AdobeSign's intuitive and straightforward user interface has been invaluable to our team, making the installation process quicker than expected. The ability to integrate with Salesforce and other document management systems is an amazing feature that saves us a significant amount of time after collecting signatures from customers using Adobe Sign. In addition, Adobe's support staff are quick to respond when we encounter technical issues and respond and resolve most issues quickly so as not to cause any delays to our business - we haven't had too much downtime as a result of these issues. All of which makes us appreciate all that Adobe Acrobat has to offer Acrobat Sign users like us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that Adobe Acrobat Sign can be unreliable during the document assembly process. I have encountered an error when attempting to merge documents, which has only led to further frustration as restarting from scratch was the only way to fix it. Although this isn't a common occurrence in my experience, even with an earlier version of Windows on my computer, I felt compelled to report it anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the mass-send option. It helps us get a lot of docs signed fast and easily. I like the auto-populated fields. It's quick and easy to pop someones signature in there or assign them to sign and add dates, notes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes we have issues sending to employees. We'll send to one employee but it will go to another? Not often but it's annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it was an amazing application with a great layer of protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes it gets hard to use it, because of the protection layer as a new user is slightly challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
