It was very easy to use. The UI to the scheduling makes things very a breeze. I signed up for a trial and dedicated 2 hours to test. Within 10 minutes I was patching and deploying. A bonus is it had vulnerability scanner that also remedied issues it finds. Deploying the agents were east and was easily integrated within our environment. Their customer Support also is pretty good along. Action1 was implemented pretty quick and now our weekly patching has gone smoothly without a hitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The deployment tool can be provided more features but it works. Limitation I found would not effect most SMBs. large scale organizations might find it a bit bare bones but can be easily resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We find the interface and toolset to be exactly what we need to take care of our client and to ensure that we have timely Windows and 3rd party patching. I love the integrated vulnerability management which helps us triage what patches to prioritize.Their customer support is easy to access and they have a responsive Discord page for those who are on the free plan. We were up and running in 1 hour with all of our server and workstations managed. We've not integrated with any other platforms. I use this at least once a week to deploy updates to endpoints. We're currently having issues with Windows ARM patching which A1 has stated is not supported, but it did work for about 2 years and then broke. We'd love to see Linux and MacOS patching added to the platform, as this is the best tool I've used for patch management over the last 20 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can use both PowerShell and CMD for scripting, deployments.
Patching is easy and I can group machines for different patching methods and cycles.
Options to remediate CVE and outdated software that I do not need to constantly track or research.
Create your own list of commonly used software and deploy as a baseline list of apps for an image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wished there was an option to upload or push files to a target endpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Action1 gives me the ability to manage multiple locations with multiple devices each, accross two states with ease and confidence. It also provides RDP options should I need to connect and help out. I can even automate tasks for daily updates. I have it update my computers every night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
(more my issue than Action1) Some applications or settings dont play well with Action1. If you have a dormant user and an application update or uninstall that requires the user to log in the update will not complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As long as the target machine is powered with an agent installed, so much can be done. There are great tools included - such as the ability to execute windows integrity checks, windows updates, popular software updates like paint.net, firefox, chrome, 7zip (and the list keeps expanding). Oh, and Action1 includes remote desktop access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found my self dissappointed in the single action limitation of powershell commands. Trying both dism and sfc in a single powershell script - then try view each commands output. Last I tried, I only saw the last command's output, but I digress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Action1 remote management is beyond anything else we've tried for speed, reliability, and management. We've been able to run custom scripts without trouble, patch without headache and remote access without worry. They literally will give you 100 FREE endpoints because they know it's good enough you'll upgrade to your entire environment (happily guilty here.) Do it. Deploy Action1. Action1 has been extremely easy to set up after using no patchmanagement software previously. I log in everyday to check updates though they do have features that allow automatically approving updates I like to check them and approve as needed. Integration of Action1 was easy and I was able to deploy the agent using group policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I've not had any issues with Action1 and don't have anything negative to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
