This is the most useful tool I'm using in my work. I was searching for something more modern than WSUS and after long research I find some random informations from people over the internet about it. I'm working in small gov so budget is tight.
Read it, find that it works in EU, GDPR etc. The first 100 endpoints is free so I give it a try.
I love it! Read the excellent manual and in few days I've a automated patching for endpoints for vendors which I accept. I deploy custom apps for endpoints, run powershell commands. Use it daily now as my main dashboard to see what's with endpoints in my organization.

In my short time with the tool I didn't find any cons, maybe one thing - would love to see more scripts in the library. The one I found are extremely useful.

There are multiple things I like about Action1! From vulnerability patching to keeping track of all my devices, it is amazing! I would have to say my favorite thing is the ease of use of their system. I also want to mention that the system is QUICK!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Das Preismodell ist grandios, 100 Endpunkte kostenlos, sowas findet man bei den richtig großen Anbietern selten. Es ist super einfach als User damit klarzukommen. Das Enrollment in unserem Unternehmen passierte via Intune und war sehr simpel. Der Support antwortet in der Regel sehr schnell und kompetent.

Action1 provides a simplistic but complete endpoint management software, that allows you to not only keep ontop of current CVE/Vulnerabilities on your endpoints - but also gives you the tools to apply patches.

Nothing! Only suggestion is to have some sort of SASS management solution. Unless a user installs a version of SASS on their PC, we do not know if they are using SASS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I discovered Action1 by chance in a forum, I was immediately struck by the ease of installation and configuration. In a very short time I was able to perform the main operations successfully. Now for the more advanced things I can dedicate myself with peace of mind also because the first 100 licenses are free so I can manage everything with greater peace of mind compared to other paid solutions with limited trial periods. The remote access already included is also very convenient with performance comparable to other paid solutions. Action1 has a wide variety of great features, but my favorite would have to be the software repository and the great vurnerability assesment's of your endpoints that you can use to patch your endpointst. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Action1 right now is the lack of remote desktop support for Mac products, however that is on their current roadmap, which they have stayed true to so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
