Action1 gives us a detailed list of all software on our user's computer. We also love the remoting-in feature that is built-in and web-based, so there is no need for other remote desktop software for immediate/remote access.
The installation to enroll a PC is quite easy and registers with the backend system right away.
It makes IT management much easier with reports and lists you can create. For instance, you can generate a Windows Update report, where it will show all computers that are missing a specific one. Similar to other solutions, it allows for scheduled deployment and running custom commands.
We like the layout and they also are offering free endpoint usage for under 50 devices, so can't complain about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We haven't found much to dislike. It is the best one for our uses and we will be sticking with it for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything on action 1 is brilliant. It has saved me so much time and I don't think I would ever go back to not using action 1 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Remote Desktop feature isn't the smoothest but it provides a good enough experience for the basic use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited documentation
Updating/Installing applications doesn't always work as intended.
Shows multiple versions of applications that need to be updated...when it should only show the newest version for that particular version installed (Ex. Adobe Reader DC had 7 different versions).
Windows updates is limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
