Easy to implement, easy to use, inexpensive, runs reliably and reports on what it did in an easy to understand/actionable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For what it does I have no complaints. Planned future features with more real time control would be nice to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The remote support feature and the ability to see the specs and details once the machines are powered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that i can't transfer files directly to the laptop while in a remote session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Why I like Action1 is it simplicity, in just 1 day of using I already felt like a proffesional in Action1. Very straight forward and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that would be helpful for us that is not in Action1, atleast I cannot find it , is the option to install an particulary app to all many endpoints at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It provides automated patch management that can be placed on a schedule. Patch approval is easy and intuitive. Notifications are given of the status of all tasks, and the resolution of issues is easy and intuitive. Adding assets to the software is also easy. The remote access window also does not require a separate install and works when others fail (when an admin prompt shows on the screen). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no secondary abilities in the software as you get with other RMM tools, like file transfer or remote access to the registry. Information about assets could also be more robust, such as remaining HDD space, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Action1 is excellent for managing Windows devices. The agent is lightweight and can connect remotely to active machines. It scans for available software updates and readily reports critical updates. Windows updates and updates for software included in the built-in App Store are available for installation. The App Store has 51 applications that are packaged for deployment (Firefox, Chrome, Adobe Reader, etc.). For the packages I've pushed, they install successfully. Action1 also supports packaging other software not included in the App Store. Packaging and deployment works quite well; if something fails to install, there is a history for reviewing errors. Schedules can be created to install updates at specific times. Action1 also includes scripts like remote wipe. Built-in scripts can be modified depending on the scenario and environment. Anyone looking for Patch Management Software should give Action1 a try. The first 100 endpoints are free so there is nothing to lose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to see the ability to edit the name of a policy and make it more personalized. When a policy is created, the name is auto-generated using selected apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Action1 is easy to install on client devices and easy to manage on their web interface. Policies can quickly be scheduled and remediated if something goes wrong. It's easy to get alerts and notifications based on policies or criteria within Action1.
We use Action1 to fill a gap that our MDM (InTune) can not provide, where we can remediate failed policies and generate alerts and more advanced reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Small nitpicks are that It would be great to have SAML SSO log in as well, but I believe these are in the pipeline as Action1 provides a believable and open roadmap for upcoming features.
The intuitiveness and usability of some menu items could be improved as well, as there is some overlap with Policies and Schedules.
It would also be great to push files down to a device directly from Action1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User friendly interface, fast, RDP, Policies, Powershell, ...
Very rasy to install and manage.
New features comes often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It only supports Windows OS.
There is no chat feature, that would be nice.
Otherwise: no compleins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
