Nothing I dislike. I wish the remote connection has a file transfer option. In addition, I hope Action1 will implement DLP and Secure Web Gateway features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to deploy, responsive, and intuitive interface for patching, deploying custom applications, and custom scripting. Nice reporting abilities too. Able to manage all endpoints easily from a single well designed web interface. I am very impressed with the amount of flexibility I have to control everything from patching approval to schedules. This has easily become my favorite tool to manage all endpoints servers and workstations from a single pane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints. The product is continually improving and I have no negative input to add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Action1 has been a game changer in supporting our environment. Having both full remote and hybrid workers, we needed a solution to better support them and not having to rely on having them connect to our VPN to push updates and applications. With Action1 being a complete cloud platform, now all our users need is an internet connection for us to support them.
With just a few clicks, you can remote into someone's computer to help walk them through an issue, install and remove software, see what updates are missing, and so much more. I can build custom installers and scripts in just a few minutes. The interface is straightforward to use.
I've been in IT for almost 20 years and have used many different RMM platforms over the years. The support team at A1 is fantastic and fast to respond to any questions and issues that we are having. Action1, hands down, has been the best of all of them. I don't know of any other platform letting people use 100 Endpoints for FREE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For our environment, the 2 most significant things that are missing are the ability to run actions as the logged on user (current user) and deploy a custom image to a computer. The other thing that's missing is you can't transfer files with the remote desktop. But the platform continues to evolve, and new features are constantly added. You can even see what they are working on with the Roadmap page. https://feedback.action1.com/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was skeptical at first, but then I gave it a try and I am very happy with this platform. I have used many different platforms to patch machines, including Intune/MECM and nothing is as good and easy to use as Action1. Not only did it patch our client machines, but it also patched other software that was installed on the computer (SQL). On top of this, you get 100 free clients, this is unheard of in the market. I highly recommend using Patch1 to anyone serious about patching their machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to find anything that I dont' like about the product, we mainly use it for inventory and patching and it has fullfilled all of our requirements. Looking forward to SAML SSO feature that is on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use within the platform from patching, updating, and monitoring software vulnerabilities. Deployment is a breeze either through their domain plug in or manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
