minimal installation required (only a program on each computer) that can be done via Active Domain, then automated patching and updateswithout having to spend hours learning it. Also the tools or scripts to run utilities such as DISM remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No downside, other than if you automate your updates/patches you will likely turn off Microsoft updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is fast to connect and has great flexibility when deploying updates. Its simplicity in design and useability is perfect for our needs. Compared to others it is much easier to use and the support has been outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only thing that could be better for us is the deployment being more transparent at the client end with no user interaction required Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Action1 is a feature full RMM tool with everything any IT professional needs to manage their devices. Implementation is a breeze. You'll be up and going in Action1 within a few hours! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Remote Connection tool doesn't allow for file transfer, so pushing executables/files/etc. to a machine will require you to set up a script in Action1 to deploy a fix to a computer or it would require you to stage fixes in a share that you can access from a client computer. Action1 is an indispensable tool for IT management. The software's automation features reduce immensely manual intervention and ensure consistent results.
I can't help but praise the 3rd-party patching feature, which is a lifesaver. I can rest assured that critical updates will not fail.

Dashboard feels a bit sluggish at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I love about them is how they give out 100 endpoints for free for life as they are confident enough about their product that they know people who will use it will stay with then after they go over 100 endpoints free limit. And there is no limitation on their free tier all the functionality is avaiable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike, loving all aspects of their software. Been using it just over a year now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The patching is excellent and handles tasks easily. The Action1 team keeps you posted on current security update needs and details. Ease of use when using their platform saves time as well as automation. Their app store is great. Action1 does everything we need, yet they are always attentive to requests in expanding features and tweaks. This RMM just works! Try Action1 and see for yourself. Thank Action1 Team! Not a huge issue, but it could use more native apps in the app store. The ability to add custom apps almost negates this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
