We were struggling with 3rd party application updates and vulnerability remediation. With a new window into our laptops, both of these areas have been covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although it has met all of our needs it is still being updated and polished. There are a few items that could be overwhelming to look at like all endpoints and I'm not sure about the Vulnerability list, it seems to be pretty high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Action1 is easy to use and can be deployed in minutes. Replace your existing Windows WSUS, 3rd party patching and remote support tools with this single platform.
Feature updates and user feedback are incorporated into the product. Their development roadmap is visible for users to review.
If you're under 100 endpoints all of these benefits are free and customer support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Organizing endpoints into groups is limited to 1 level, though a recent feature allows nested groups/includes & excludes for better deployments and monitoring.
You can set up automatic approvals for app updates, however, the actual deployments often require acknowledging an EULA that can't be approved when approving the software. This will cause automatic app updates to fail pending the EULA being approved.
Endpoint details are limited compared to other platforms (Network details (cellular, LAN, SSIDs), battery status/charge, disk capacity used/remaining, AV status, others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Intuitive User Interface:
Action 1 Patch Management Software has been an absolute game-changer for our IT team. One thing that immediately stood out to me was its intuitive user interface. Navigating through the software was a breeze, and I could quickly find what I needed without any confusion. It made the whole patch management process a lot smoother.
2. Automated Patch Deployment:
Automated Patch Deployment is a feature that has saved us so much time and effort. Gone are the days of manually deploying patches to each device - Action 1 takes care of it all automatically. It ensures that critical security updates and software patches are applied across our network promptly, keeping our systems secure and up-to-date.
3. Customizable Patching Policies:
I love the flexibility offered by Customizable Patching Policies. With Action 1, we can tailor our patching approach according to our organization's specific requirements. This means we can prioritize critical updates and schedule deployments at times that won't disrupt our operations.
4. Customizable Patching Policies:
Another significant benefit is the Patch Compliance Monitoring. It provides real-time insights into patch deployment progress, allowing us to identify devices that may need attention. It gives us peace of mind, knowing that all our systems are up-to-date and secure.
5. Reporting:
The Reporting feature is fantastic. It provides us with detailed reports on patching performance, giving us valuable data to make informed decisions. It's a data-driven approach that has improved our patch management strategy significantly.
6. 3rd Party Applications Patching:
What truly sets Action 1 apart is its 3rd Party Applications Patching. It goes beyond typical Windows updates, ensuring that all software vulnerabilities are addressed. This comprehensive approach helps us reduce security risks, covering not just Microsoft software but also various 3rd party applications.
7. Responsive Customer Support:
Lastly, the Responsive Customer Support has been stellar. Whenever we had questions or faced any issues, the Action 1 support team was quick to respond and provide helpful solutions. Their support is reliable, and we know we can count on them whenever we need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We do not have any drawbacks as of now. Action 1 handles everything that we expect from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Action1 is a phenomenal platform that I use daily. It has great vulnerability and patch management capabilities. I manage about 150 computers with the service. It has been a life saver. The AD plug in makes agent deployment almost hands off. The script and app library are very useful. This allowed us to create some custom CMD and PowerShell scripts to run on demand. The app library lets me build installers for new software and deploy it automatically to our network. Great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product has all the ingredients for a superb patch management platform, but at times the reporting can be a bit hard to navigate through. I feel like there is almost too much information thrown at you from the patch and vulnerability side. Some admins might prefer that though. It may just be a preference of mine. Simple onboarding, does exactly as advertised and is extremity easy to use.
The free 100 units is a great bonus to try it out for yourself.
We have had zero issues with bluescreens or random reboots during the day like when using MS directly to patch.

I see no downside to using Action1 at this time. It just works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best tool of all i used and tried before. By installing simple agent to enpoint without any configuration at it, just download or send link to end user and You can manage updates, patching (even 3rd party parches or aplications), also You can run deployed windows scripts in endpoint remotely or use custom scripts. Best thing for me is that i can connect remote desktop to endpoint in seconds without using another software or asking user ID's or passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't found any problems using this software, maybe the biggest problem is that it not have management of another OS. For my opinion it would be nice to have also tablets managing module android or ios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
