The 3rd Party Patching has been the best in the business so far, the ability to add your own software for patching is great and works well!
This tool almost elminates the need to physically touch a computer for support. The ability to run PowerShell scripts is great and if you need to connect to the device with remote control you can!

I know their focus isn't to be an RMM in the traditional sense, they do give you some basic level of monitoring of your devices.

Action1 makes it very easy to accomplish anything our small shop needs when it comes to remote and patch management. It was extremely easy to install onto all of our endpoints as well. Their support team is very capable and helpful, a rarity nowadays. It proves its use every single day as it has become a staple in our shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
