## Achievers Reviews
 ### 1. Empowers Recognition with Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shema J.

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like the fact that you're able to convert your points from recognitions into actual monies that you can use to buy specific products on the Achievers Marketplace. It bridges the gap between recognizing and delivering the recognition. Before, you'd have to send an email or post it in a chat forum, and you might miss it if you're not tuned into the chat. But with the Achievers platform, one regularly visits to see who's been recognized. Also, everything was smooth and intuitive during the setup.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Well, for one, we could have a wider range of products being offered on the platform, on the marketplace. And the ability to customize some product. Like, say, for example, if I want to order a pair of AirPods, I should be able to customize them and add an emoji or a simple phrase on it. But for now, it is not available. It's just to buy an uncustomized product

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to celebrate small wins, birthdays, and milestones. It bridges the gap between recognizing and delivering recognition, making it easy to acknowledge efforts. Plus, I can convert recognition points into money for the Achievers Marketplace.

 ### 2. Seamless Recognition and Reward System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ansar M. | Customer success manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like Achievers because it allows us to see our team's achievements and give shoutouts to colleagues with ease. This feature is really useful for performance reviews where we can show evidence of our team's performance. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, which was hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I would say when we earn rewards, potentially having the ability to make it a little more user friendly as sometimes it gets stuck.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to give shoutouts and earn rewards, allowing management to track worker achievements. It's great for seeing team successes and makes performance reviews easier with visible evidence.

 ### 3. Great platform to recognize the big and the little things

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria K. | Administrative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I appreciate being able to give and receive recognition from peers with whom you work with everyday. It is set up like a social media feed and easy to create and give out achievement points. It integrates well with our company portal and gives us a direct link/button to the app/website without having to type anything in.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

LOL- I don't necessarily need or want the whole company to see my "kudos" or to whom I give a high five to

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe this program is great for morale. Peers don't often get to recognize co-workers and sometimes managers don't know how to give verbal praise so this helps bridge that gap

 ### 4. Good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is its strong focus on employee recognition and engagement. The idea of creating a culture where people feel valued for their contributions really resonates with me. I also appreciate how the platform combines technology with people-first values, helping organisations build more positive and motivated workplaces.

Additionally, Achievers’ emphasis on continuous feedback and growth aligns with how I like to work—collaborative, transparent, and always learning. It feels like a place where both employees and the business can thrive together.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

One area I think could be improved is ensuring the recognition feels consistently meaningful and personalised across all teams. Sometimes, in platforms like this, recognition can become a bit routine if not used thoughtfully.

That said, I see this more as an opportunity than a drawback—because with the right adoption and engagement, Achievers has strong potential to make recognition truly impactful and authentic across organisations.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is solving the problem of low employee engagement and lack of meaningful recognition in the workplace. In many organisations, employees’ efforts can go unnoticed, which can impact motivation and overall performance.

By providing a platform for continuous recognition and feedback, Achievers helps create a culture where people feel valued and appreciated. For me, this is beneficial because it fosters a more positive and motivating work environment, encourages collaboration, and supports personal growth. It also helps build stronger connections within teams, which ultimately leads to better outcomes for both individuals and the organisation.

 ### 5. Achievers Program Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I appreciate most about Achievers is how easy it makes it to recognize great work in real time. The platform removes friction from the recognition process, so appreciation happens naturally instead of feeling forced or formal. I like that it encourages people to call out specific behaviors and contributions, which makes the recognition feel meaningful and tied to real impact.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

While Achievers is a strong platform overall, one area that could be improved is the visibility and organization of recognition activity. With so many posts coming through, it can be easy to miss meaningful recognitions unless you’re actively checking the feed. A more streamlined way to filter, group, or highlight recognitions—especially those tied to specific projects, teams, or values—would make the experience even more impactful.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve one of the biggest challenges in any organization: making sure great work is seen, appreciated, and connected to our values. Before using the platform, recognition often depended on timing, visibility, or whether someone happened to notice the effort. Achievers removes that barrier by giving everyone an easy, consistent way to acknowledge contributions across teams and functions.

 ### 6. Recognition Portal Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Our recognition portal has been a fantastic addition to the way we celebrate achievements and appreciate one another across the team. The ability to send points directly to colleagues makes recognition feel both meaningful and timely. It has created a positive culture where great work doesn’t go unnoticed, and people feel valued for the contributions they make day‑to‑day.
The platform is easy to navigate, and sending points only takes a few seconds—yet the impact lasts much longer. Being able to include personal messages adds a thoughtful touch and helps strengthen working relationships. It’s also motivating to see recognition shared publicly, encouraging others to follow suit and creating a more collaborative and supportive environment.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I wish it were more easily accessible. At times, it feels like there are too many steps to get into the platform,as need to access from workday which makes quick recognition less convenient.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving engagement

 ### 7. Simple way to boost employee recognition and engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas F. | Talent Engagement Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like how easy it is to recognize team members in real time. The platform makes appreciation visible across the company which helps build a positive culture. It is simple to use and does not need much training so adoption was quick in our team.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The rewards catalog can feel limited in some regions.
Sometimes the interface feels a bit slow during peak use.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps improve employee engagement and morale without needing manual tracking. Before this recognition was inconsistent but now it happens regularly and is visible to everyone. This has improved team motivation and overall workplace culture.

 ### 8. A simple and effective way to recognise and motivate employees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers makes it easy to recognise colleagues in a visible and positive way. The platform is simple to use, encourages frequent appreciation, and helps reinforce company values through recognition. I like the social feed and reward options, which make recognition feel meaningful rather than transactional.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

As time goes on, Achievers can start to feel repetitive, and engagement may decline if teams are not consistently making use of it. Certain features seem to be underused, and the rewards catalogue can be unpredictable, with the quality depending on what is currently offered. Additionally, the notifications can sometimes become overwhelming.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers addresses the challenge of inconsistent recognition among teams by offering a centralized and user-friendly platform for acknowledging great work. This tool enhances the visibility of contributions that might otherwise be overlooked, supports the reinforcement of company values, and boosts overall morale. From my own experience, it makes recognition both more immediate and meaningful, which in turn leads to greater engagement and motivation in the workplace.

 ### 9. So good!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is a thoughtful and easy-to-use app that brings together social connection and rewards in one place. One of its standout features is the ability to send birthday wishes, making it simple to celebrate friends and colleagues without missing important dates. The interface is intuitive, so you can quickly find people and send messages with minimal effort.

What really sets Achievers apart is its integrated voucher marketplace. Users can browse and purchase vouchers from a wide range of popular stores, making it convenient to give meaningful gifts. Whether it’s for birthdays, milestones, or just showing appreciation, the app makes gifting feel effortless and personal.

Overall, Achievers is a great tool for staying connected and spreading positivity, while also offering practical benefits through its shopping and rewards options.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Nothing that i can think off, great app.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

making sure i dont forget a birthday

 ### 10. A happy boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It is a great platform to give a quick shout out to your colleagues for the amazing work they do each and every day. Receiving one is always a nice little surprise, it gives you a little boost and bounce in your step!

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Nothing, I think it works well. I think the Manager summary that gets sent out could highlight some of the recognitions the team have received that month.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team and I are on an annual incentive, so its a long wait before I can recognise my team in some kind of monetary way. I know the team appreciate receiving a recognition even without points, and is a way of telling everyone, they went above and beyond today, I see you, and I appreciate you.

 ### 11. Boosts Employee Morale with Quick Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MELISSA A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like how Achievers allows us to compensate each other for achievements and hard work by passing along recognitions and attaching points. These points can be redeemed for a monetary-based reward, which is great. It boosts morale and allows coworkers to recognize each other, which helps with team bonding and strengthening friendships.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I don't like the pricing system for the rewards. It's not consistent. One $10 gift card can cost a thousand points, and another $10 gift card will cost 1,200 points. It would be much nicer if the rewards were consistent so the people who were looking to claim them would be able to know how much they need to save across for each tier.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers for communication and recognition of employees, enhancing morale, team bonding, and allowing coworkers to recognize achievements and hard work with point-based rewards.

 ### 12. very nice app to highly shared anything and make recognizition to our coworkers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is how Spark makes recognition feel immediate, meaningful, and personal. It creates a culture where great work never goes unnoticed. I appreciate how easy it is to celebrate teammates in real time, whether it’s for a big accomplishment or a small everyday win. Spark helps strengthen connections across teams, boosts motivation, and reminds all of us that our contributions truly matter. It’s a simple tool that has a powerful impact on engagement and teamwork.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

ne thing I feel Achievers could improve is the overall user experience. Sometimes the platform can feel a bit busy and not always intuitive, especially when navigating between recognition, points, and rewards.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the challenge of consistent and meaningful recognition in a busy workplace. With the Spark program, it creates a simple way for everyone to acknowledge great work in real time, which can otherwise get overlooked.

 ### 13. Using Achievers as part of our company’s reward system has been a really positive experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

he platform is simple, quick to use, and encourages genuine appreciation across teams

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The main drawback for me is that Achievers can sometimes feel a bit separate from our everyday workflow, which means it relies heavily on people remembering to use it. Because of that, recognition can be inconsistent across teams. It would also be useful to have more meaningful analytics that show trends in engagement, recognition patterns across teams, and areas where we may need to focus more support. This would help managers use recognition more strategically, rather than just reactively.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve one of the biggest challenges in a large, busy organisation: making sure good work is consistently recognised. From a personal perspective, it benefits me by making recognition part of my everyday workflow. I can quickly acknowledge effort, celebrate achievements

 ### 14. Good to recognize coworkers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is that it provides a meaningful way to recognize and appreciate colleagues for their hard work. It reinforces teamwork and makes recognition visible, which helps create a positive and supportive work culture.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Navigation can feel time‑consuming at times, especially when work demands are high.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the challenge of making employee recognition consistent and visible across the organization. It provides a structured way to acknowledge contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed. For me, it’s beneficial because it reinforces appreciation, strengthens team morale, and makes recognition feel more inclusive and timely.

 ### 15. Empowering Recognition with Intuitive Tools and Diverse Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

A couple things I like best about Achievers and the HighFives platform are that: it fosters a strong culture of recognition.
Achievers makes it easy to celebrate wins and contributions across our organization. The peer-to-peer recognition tools are intuitive, and it encourages employees at all levels to acknowledge each other’s efforts and get rewarded for doing so. Secondly, I like that there are plenty of reward options to choose from. The platform offers a wide variety of meaningful reward options that appeal to employees, from gift cards to experiential rewards. This flexibility helps make recognition feel truly personalized and entices people to use it.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

A couple things I dislike about the Achievers platform and HighFives are firstly, the speed at which rewards are redeemed. Occasionally, I've experienced delays or confusion with reward redemption. Improving communication around delivery timing could reduce questions and frustration for team members. Secondly, frequent notifications can feel a bit much, especially for larger teams. Greater control over what types of notifications team members receive would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, the Achievers platform and HighFives is solving visibility, consistency, measurability, and reward relevance around employee recognition and as a result, it’s helping our organization to: increase participation in recognition programs, build a more inclusive and positive culture reinforce desired behaviors tied to company values and equip our leaders with actionable engagement insights.

 ### 16. Achiever's is pretty decent.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like being rewarded for putting in extra work it's not something I've had at other work places.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Over the past couple of years achievers raised there points/prices on a lot of different items. Now as a direct result I often have left over points that are unusable as the total is too small to redeem. I will leave this company one day unable to spend those points thus almost defeating being rewarded. So if I get 50000 achievers and want to get a 50 dollar gift card I wouldn't able to afford it like I used to. Now I'd have to earn additional points just to cover that extra 250 or 500 or whatever. Then once I get those I'll be in the same cycle of having indefinite left over points. Long story short I just don't understand how inflation hit our rewards system.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It doesn't solve anything for me business wise as I am just an employee.

 ### 17. Good platform to update on colleague achievements, birthdays and appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It is helpful to wish and appreciate someone whom you wouldnt normally do offline due to any reasons that you are an introvert or you are short of words in person or there is no oral communication with the other person.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Probably alerting about birthdays a day before the actual birthday again is better, rather than just signing the card 15 days prior and forgetting about it and not wishing the person actually on his birthday even if you talk to them in person

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping build a positive work environment.

 ### 18. Such a great way to share feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is a brilliant platform for sharing feedback and celebrating milestones. It makes recognising colleagues quick, easy, and genuinely meaningful. I love how it brings the team together, shines a light on great work, and helps everyone feel valued. A simple message goes a long way — and Achievers makes that impact even stronger.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

On the app, it not as streamlined as the main webpage to see your own departments interations

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 19. User-Friendly Platform with Fun Features, But Rewards Could Be More Valuable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** D L. | Support and Relations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

THe platform is easy to use and has a number of features employees should enjoy like mentions, follows, etc. There's a nice variety of items that can be obtained from the rewards store although I mostly just go for the gift cards. I use the platform at least once per month to give out points and cash in points for gifts.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

It's not as valuable in terms of point -> gift card reward value. There are other programs out there that give a better bang for the buck (point). But for simplicity, it works.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us allow employees to recognize each other, which often goes overlooked in a busy work place. Everything from sending a simple "thanks" to awarding points.

 ### 20. Easy Recognition & Motivation Boost

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad M. | Experienced Audit Manager

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I appreciate using Achievers to recognize my team members, which also allows me to be acknowledged by others in the teams I work with. I like utilizing my recognition gems for some shopping, which adds a fun aspect to it. Achievers helps improve team morale and motivates my team. I find the layout quite user-friendly, which makes it easy to use. It saves time and provides visibility to everyone in the wider team. The initial setup was quite easy, just a signup with the email (SSO).

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Sometimes it's hard to navigate the shopping portal if I am trying to find something specific.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to recognize my team members, which helps boost team morale and motivation. It also saves time and provides visibility to the team. Additionally, I enjoy shopping using recognition gems.

 ### 21. Effective Rewards Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is a helpful resource to effectively award personnel in a timely and meaningful way. Engagement with the user interface presents a streamlined opportunity to reward one or more employees with optionality for private or public recognition.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

While the user interface has improved since the most recent update, it can still be a bit clunky when attempting to distribute multiple awards across multiple personnel.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is providing an avenue to ensure my direct reports and personnel throughout the organization are recognized for above and beyond contributions through their efforts. Additionally, it provides an opportunity to grant them a small financial award, to which is imperative based on current compensation structures.

 ### 22. Great Platform to recognize colleagues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is a great platform to recognise collagues on, especially in a large company where we are all on different sites and you might not physically interact with people or teams for a long period of time. I like the ability to give a financial reward as well as just saying thank you

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Not enough points to award some months due to all of the people I want to recognise

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers lets me recognise people in the organisation who have gone above and beyond in helping myself or my team. It also lets me see recognition from other teams towards my direct reports and allows me to "boost" that recognition, which is invaluable in helping with performance conversations and staff motiviation

 ### 23. very good

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

..What I like most about Achievers is how easy it is to recognise and celebrate the great work people do every day. It really helps create a positive culture where appreciation is visible and everyone feels valued.”

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

One downside is that sometimes recognition can feel a bit routine if not personalised, so it works best when people take the time to make messages meaningful.”

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of recognition sometimes being overlooked or inconsistent across teams. It creates a simple, visible way to acknowledge people’s contributions and celebrate successes. For me, that’s beneficial because it boosts morale, makes people feel valued, and helps build a more positive and engaged workplace culture.

 ### 24. Great platform

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like the fact i can recognise my peers for a job well done, the platform is easy to navigate and to use

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

i do like achievers, sometimes it shows me people i dont know, who arent in my team or wider team and it can become confusing. also would be great if we can get some new GIF's as some are outdated

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps recognise peers for a job well done, sometimes we forget but achievers makes it easy to do!

 ### 25. Achievers is an Excellent Way to Reward Above and Beyond the Call...

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David W. | Digital Analytics & Insights Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It is so easy to reward both my team, and collaborators outside of the team with both feedback and points, aligned to our business strategic pillars. The points are so easy to redeem and use for a multitude of different retailers, which allow those receiving the points to choose pretty much whatever they want to purchase. they can be saved up over time, to purchase something of more value and useful.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

No downsides really, other than the odd occasion I couldn't access the site - although very few and far between.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving actions against our strategic pillars and behaviours, which feed into our wider business goals and objectives - meaning everyone is pulling in the same / similar direction.

 ### 26. Achievers is an easy to use portal with quick delivery of e-gift cards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gráinne N. | Senior Manager of Business Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I've been using achievers for ~5 years now, first in Ireland, and now in the US. I find it really easy to recognize colleagues and let others know about the recognition. I almost always choose to purchase e-gift cards with my reward points and find they are typically delivered quickly, sometimes within an hour, other times a day or so. I have had to reach out to customer service over 1/2 orders over the years but they were very helpful following up to identify what had gone wrong and provide the item ordered. Overall a really easy way to award points, and to cash in points received.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

No significant downsides. In Ireland the catalogue of gift cards changed a few times and gift cards I loved were removed which was a pity. In the US, I don't have this issue as prepaid mastercards are available which can be used anywhere.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to publicly recognize colleagues across the organization regardless of location, and associate a monetary value with that recognition.

 ### 27. It's a nifty concept -- allows for celebrations of all sorts for all employees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It somehow ties in with HR systems to know people's birthdays, anniversaries, years of service, and other milestones. The interface is easy and straight forward to use. I typically log in about once per month to see what's happening with whom. I also like that I can award points to individuals for almost any reason, and then users (like myself) can take those points and purchase gift cards and other items. I can't say how easy the platform was to implement or how customer support is, but overall it's been great to use.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The only issue I have with the platform is it seems to take a lot of points to earn rewards. And I mean _A LOT_.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing myself and others to recognize fellow colleagues and nominate them for anything they've done that we appreciate, or find extraordinary, or to even give a simple "thanks". It also shows us what's happening with others around the organization by announcing service anniversaries and such.

 ### 28. Friendly way to recognize & celebrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

The application is how easy it makes recognition feel timely and meaningful. The interface is intuitive, recognition can be given in just a few clicks, and the social feed creates a positive, motivating culture by celebrating contributions across teams. I also like how it aligns recognition with company values and makes appreciation visible, not just formal.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Nothing significant at the moment; it’s been working well for my needs.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of recognition being inconsistent or overlooked in day-to-day work. By making appreciation visible, timely, and aligned to company values, it reinforces positive behaviours and keeps people motivated. For me, it creates a stronger sense of appreciation, improves morale, and helps me stay engaged by seeing both my contributions and those of others recognised across the organisation

 ### 29. Effortless Recognition, Boosts Team Morale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tushar T.

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I use Achievers to recognize and appreciate colleagues for their contributions. I really like how simple and intuitive it is to recognize colleagues. It makes appreciation quick and meaningful, and the public recognition feature helps create a positive team culture. The simplicity and design make it quick and effortless to recognize colleagues, so I do it more often. Public recognition makes appreciation visible to everyone, which encourages more recognition across the team. It creates a sense of belonging, motivates people to do their best, and reinforces company values in a very open and positive way. The initial setup was very smooth and straightforward. Everything was well-guided, and it did not take much time to get started. Additionally, I use Achievers with Microsoft Teams for quick access and notifications, making recognition more seamless during daily collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I think the reward option could be more diverse. I'd like to see options like digital subscriptions or wellness experiences. The search for colleagues could also be smoother. Improving speed and adding filters like department or location would make finding colleagues easier.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to recognize and appreciate colleagues, which makes the process easy and consistent. It boosts engagement, keeps the team motivated, and creates a positive culture through visible public recognition.

 ### 30. Empowers Recognition and Boosts Morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jadon B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I use Achievers to recognize people who have done a good job and helped me in my journey, which is especially helpful as I'm new to the firm. I like being rewarded for the work I've done, which makes me feel good. What I like most about Achievers is the option to share reviews with managers so that anyone can see others' achievements. If I give my friend gems, not only can I see it, but everyone in the firm can see it, which is effective, especially in the corporate consulting landscape. People giving me gems and acknowledging what I've done well helps showcase my skills, which can potentially lead to more work opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

It's very easy to forget that you have these gems that you can give out each month to people you believe are hardworking, curious, or inspiring. There isn't much of a reminder that you should be giving out these gems, and that could be improved.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to recognize people who support me. It solves the issue of lack of representation, making people feel important and appreciated. I like that reviews are visible to everyone, encouraging more recognition and support in my workplace.

 ### 31. Enhances Workplace Recognition, Needs Mobile Optimization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie E. | Strategy & Transformation Consultant

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like that Achievers has a dashboard that's kind of like a social media style where I can see posts most relevant to me. It helps me get a sense of the people who are closest to me, what they're doing, and what they're achieving. It always seems to show me the people I know well. It's also been seamless with no technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I think maybe if I could use it on my mobile phone, that would be great. Because at the moment, it does not work if I try and access it on my work phone. And even just by clicking on the email, on my laptop, I still have to then go to a different page to sign in, and it takes a little bit of time. So it would be better if it was more seamless.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps recognize achievements at work, providing a platform to celebrate colleagues' success and say thank you.

 ### 32. Perfect platform for recognition and rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It is easy for managers and colleagues to recognise employees hard work and achievements with comments and points. There are so many different products available to spend points on including amazon gift cards which i find most useful. It is easy to use and browse what is on offer and its easy to purchase the rewards with points.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

There's nothing i dont like about it. Its a clear, easy system and its also great that managers can boost your rewards with further points.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers gives our company a way to reward staff for hard work in a meaningful way that is ACTUALLY rewarding. This boosts morale.

 ### 33. Great to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is most helpful because it makes recognising colleagues quick, visible, and meaningful. It provides an easy way to acknowledge great work in the moment, share appreciation publicly, and reinforce positive behaviours across the organisation. The ability to attach a personal message and, where appropriate, reward points helps recognition feel genuine and valued rather than transactional.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

One of the main dislikes is that recognition and rewards can feel inconsistent, as earning points often depends on participation levels and leadership engagement rather than being evenly distributed across teams. Some users also find the points system and reward values confusing or limited, which can make redemptions feel less meaningful

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers addresses the challenge of recognition being inconsistent or overlooked in busy, fast‑paced environments by providing a simple, structured way to recognise contributions in real time. It solves the problem of good work going unnoticed by enabling both peer‑to‑peer and manager recognition, making appreciation more visible and accessible across teams

 ### 34. Streamlined Feedback with Clear Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel L.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like Achievers because it has a clear interface which is easy to use and makes it easy to give feedback. It allows me to be more targeted in my feedback and provides a structure for giving and receiving both positive and negative feedback. I also use it to share and receive feedback on projects, and I appreciate how it facilitates engagement.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Achievers could give me a list of those who I have previously given feedback to. This would allow me to build up a picture of where my feedback is going and where I need to receive further feedback.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to share and receive feedback on projects. It helps me be targeted with my feedback and provides a structure for giving and receiving both positive and negative feedback.

 ### 35. Empowers Employee Excellence with Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I find Achievers really helpful for getting feedback on my work and understanding what clients think about it. It's a necessary interface that helps me connect with clients, peers, and colleagues, making it easy to see areas for improvement. I appreciate the rewards feature where I can redeem points for gift cards or other items, which feels like a nice gesture and a bit of appreciation. This rewarding feature makes employees feel appreciated and can bring out the best in them, leading to better project outcomes and more precise client expectations. I also find the platform smooth and easy to use, and it helps me recognize and appreciate others, which is cool. Plus, it was quite easy for me to set up, and I've been using it for the past two years without any issues. Overall, I like how it provides an edge to employees to fulfill client expectations.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I think the foundation between the client and the employees should be more clear and transparent. It could be more engaging, and adding a chat feature would help make interactions more precise. A direct message feature could be useful so that an employee or client can easily message and congratulate someone with a sudden gift card.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to get feedback on my work, improve by understanding client expectations, receive recognition and rewards, and create a smooth interface for interaction with clients and peers.

 ### 36. Achievers recognition card

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like most about Achievers is how it makes recognizing colleagues simple and visible across the organization. It helps create a positive work culture where employees can easily appreciate each other's contributions.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit limited in customization and navigation. Improving the user interface and making certain features easier to access could enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps ensure that employees’ efforts don’t go unnoticed. It allows teams to recognize and appreciate each other’s work easily, which helps build a positive culture and motivates people to continue contributing their best.

 ### 37. Achievers is an easy-to-use platform for recognising colleagues and creating a positive environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It is very easy to navigate, and I like receiving notifications when it is colleagues' birthdays or work anniversaries. It strengthens colleague relationships.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

I have heard from other colleagues of times when notifications have not been emailed for someone's birthday or work anniversary. It has slightly changed my view of how reliable I think Achievers is as a platform.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is solving the issue of remembering colleagues' birthdays and work anniversaries, whilst juggling your own work responsibilities. It also serves as an easy-to-use and standardised platform to congratulate colleagues on birthdays and work anniversaries. This means more colleagues feel valued when they receive more messages of celebration by their peers. Overall, Achievers helps to maintain colleague relationships and a positive workplace environment as work increasingly becomes remote.

 ### 38. User-Friendly Recognition Platform with a Diverse Rewards Catalog

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kailash S. | Data Enigneering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is its user-friendly platform that makes employee recognition easy and engaging. The interface is intuitive, and the ability to recognize peers in real time helps foster a positive workplace culture. The rewards catalog is diverse, offering meaningful options that appeal to a wide range of employees.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

What I dislike about Achievers is that the reporting and analytics features can sometimes feel limited or less customizable than expected. Additionally, the platform can occasionally be slow to load, especially during peak usage times, which can impact the overall user experience.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team Reconigtion, Visibility to management

 ### 39. Transforms Workplace Culture with Real-Time Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dinesh M. | Software Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I appreciate most about Achievers is the way it seamlessly integrates appreciation into everyday work life. The real-time, peer-to-peer recognition allows individuals to feel genuinely valued, and by connecting recognition to company values, it encourages the right behaviors. Altogether, this fosters a positive and motivating workplace culture.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

One aspect I find less appealing about Achievers is that the abundance of notifications and features can sometimes feel overwhelming. Additionally, it might take some users a while to become familiar with all its functionalities, which could lead to lower engagement at first.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers tackles the issue of employees feeling overlooked or isolated by ensuring that recognition is prompt, visible, and genuinely meaningful. By promoting frequent appreciation and tying it to the organization’s core values, it fosters a deeper sense of belonging and motivation. Personally, this approach makes me feel that my contributions are valued, which boosts my morale and helps cultivate a more positive and engaged workplace atmosphere.

 ### 40. Enhances Employee Engagement with Easy Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I use Achievers for employee recognition and engagement within our organization. It enables me to acknowledge team members' contributions, reinforce our values, and help foster a more positive workplace and culture. Achievers helps solve the challenge of keeping peers motivated, engaged, and appreciated. It makes it easy to recognize contributions in real time, promoting a culture of appreciation, and helps improve overall morale. What I like most is how it makes recognition simple, timely, and meaningful. As I can provide that in real time, it helps to reinforce those positive and impactful behaviors across our teams. In addition, the platform's ability to integrate and customize with our values makes it easy to align with what matters to us at the company. When I recognize someone, I can tie their actions directly to a value that we have, helping them showcase how they are embodying what's important to our culture. This not only helps employees clearly see how their contributions align with the company, but makes it feel more personal.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Minor, and while the mobile experience is generally good, a few features could be more intuitive on smaller screens. This would just make it easier to use across devices, but a small change.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers keeps peers motivated, engaged, and appreciated. It simplifies recognizing contributions in real time, promotes a culture of appreciation, and improves morale. I can align recognition with our company values, making it feel personal and meaningful.

 ### 41. Good tool, limited catalogue

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It's simple to use and the catalogue for spending points is very easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The catalogue of things to spend points on is quite limited. I think more general items for day to day use, would be good to include. Even if this was things like Tesco/Asda/Sainsburys gift cards. The "everyday spending" items need the focus in padding out the catalogue. I find the Amazon gift card is the best item.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes that "pat on the back" a tangible reward.

 ### 42. Easy Coworker Recognition That Builds a Positive Work Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colleen F. | Team Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

It’s an easy way to recognize coworkers, and it helps build a positive work culture.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

There are only a limited number of rewards available, and they cost quite a bit of points.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It boosts morale and motivation, and it offers real rewards—not just words.

 ### 43. Small Moments, Big Impact

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers is genuinely easy and quick to use. Recognising someone takes seconds, which means it actually happens in the flow of work rather than being saved for later (or forgotten). The peer‑to‑peer model works well, and the light gamification, points, badges, visibility, adds energy without cheapening the moment. It’s especially good at creating unexpected, timely recognition that feels human rather than formal.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

If it’s overused or poorly framed, recognition can start to feel transactional or repetitive. Without clear guidance on what “good” recognition looks like, the signal can get lost in the noise.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers tackles the problem of recognition being easy to intend but hard to sustain. In many organisations, appreciation slips because it takes too long, feels awkward, or only happens formally. Achievers lowers the barrier by making recognition quick, visible and open to everyone. The benefit is that positive behaviours are acknowledged closer to the moment they happen, which makes recognition feel more relevant and more meaningful.

 ### 44. fun using it

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like best about Achievers is how it recognizes and celebrates everyday efforts. It makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which boosts motivation and encourages a positive team culture. The platform is easy to use, and it’s great to see contributions acknowledged in a meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

So far, I have nothing that I dislike about Achievers.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is solving the challenge of employee recognition and engagement by making appreciation more visible, timely, and meaningful. It helps ensure that everyday efforts don’t go unnoticed, not just major wins. For me, this creates a more positive work environment where contributions feel valued, boosts morale, and motivates me to stay engaged and perform at my best. It also helps strengthen team connection by encouraging peers and leaders to recognize each other consistently

 ### 45. Great site!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like most about Achievers is that it makes it quick and easy to call out good work. It’s a simple way to say “nice one” when someone’s made your life easier or gone the extra mile, without needing a big formal moment. It keeps the positive stuff visible and helps make sure people get credit for the impact they’re having.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Nothing major springs to mind at the moment.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers makes it way easier to actually recognise people instead of meaning to and forgetting. It fixes the classic problem of good work happening quietly in the background with no visibility. Now, when someone helps out or delivers something great, there’s a simple way to give them credit that everyone can see.
For me, the benefit is basically:

Less admin — quick, low‑effort way to say thanks.
More visibility — people’s contributions don’t get lost in the day‑to‑day chaos.
Better teamwork — it gives you a reason to shout out the people who make your job easier.

Overall, it just takes the friction out of recognising others, which makes the whole place feel more connected.

 ### 46. Easy to Use & Great for team morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like that Achievers makes recognition visible and easy. It’s simple to use, encourages peer-to-peer appreciation and helps highlight wins that might otherwise go unnoticed. It creates positive momentum and reinforces the behaviours we want to see across the business.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

Sometimes the recognition can feel a bit transactional or repetitive, especially if similar messages are posted frequently. It can also lose impact if not tied to specific outcomes or behaviours. A bit more visibility around meaningful achievements would make it even stronger.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers solves the visibility gap around recognition. In a fast-moving environment, a lot of good work can go unnoticed, especially cross-functionally. It gives people a simple way to acknowledge effort, collaboration and results in real time.

For me, it helps reinforce the behaviours that matter, keeps morale up, and makes it easier to see the impact of the work happening across the business. It also encourages a culture where appreciation is normal, not just something saved for formal reviews.

 ### 47. A User’s Perspective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

What I like most about Achievers is how easy it makes recognising people in the moment. It’s quick to use, doesn’t feel formal, and encourages you to acknowledge everyday efforts rather than only big wins. Being able to recognise colleagues publicly helps build a sense of appreciation and connection across teams, especially when you don’t work closely day to day.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

It can sometimes feel a bit repetitive or transactional. Over time, recognitions can start to look and sound very similar, which can reduce how meaningful they feel, especially if people are using templates or default wording. The platform can also feel slightly cluttered. The activity feed is busy, and it’s easy to miss recognitions that are genuinely meaningful because they get lost among celebrations, automated posts, or high volumes of activity.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the problem of recognition being inconsistent or overlooked in day‑to‑day work. In busy teams, good work can easily go unnoticed unless it’s tied to a formal process or performance review. The platform gives people a simple way to recognise effort and contribution as it happens, rather than waiting for end‑of‑year conversations.
Achievers also helps address the gap between effort and acknowledgement. Even small contributions can be recognised, which makes recognition feel more inclusive and frequent rather than only focused on major outcomes. That makes a difference to motivation and morale, especially in roles where the impact isn’t always obvious.
The platform also sends anniversary reminders which makes people feel seen and valued without relying on managers or colleagues to remember key dates.

 ### 48. Empowering Recognition That Truly Matters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia C. | Sr. Learning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

Achievers makes it incredibly easy and meaningful to recognize teammates throughout the organization. Whether celebrating a major milestone, acknowledging everyday contributions, or reinforcing company values such as "Hunger," the platform fosters a culture of appreciation that feels both authentic and motivating. I particularly appreciate how recognitions can be boosted by others, which adds even more impact and visibility to each moment. The option to redeem points for rewards introduces a fun and tangible incentive, while the mobile app ensures it’s simple to recognize colleagues wherever you are. The platform also encourages leadership engagement with features like “My Team,” allowing leaders to track recognition activity and reinforce positive behaviors. Overall, it’s more than just a tool—it truly helps drive team morale and performance.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

the point redemption process, while rewarding, includes taxable benefits that aren’t always clearly explained upfront. A bit more transparency and guidance here would improve the experience.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers is solving one of the most persistent challenges in the workplace: lack of timely and meaningful recognition. In fast-paced environments, it’s easy for contributions—especially the small, everyday wins—to go unnoticed. Achievers bridges that gap by making recognition simple, visible, and rewarding.

For me, it’s helped foster a stronger sense of connection and appreciation across teams. Whether it’s receiving points for demonstrating company values like “Hunger” or “Harmony,” or seeing shout-outs in the community feed, the platform creates a culture where people feel seen and valued.

The gamified elements—like Boosts, badges, and leaderboards—add a fun layer that motivates participation without feeling forced. And the ability to redeem points for real rewards (gift cards, merchandise, experiences) makes the recognition tangible, which is especially meaningful in today’s hybrid work culture.

From a leadership perspective, Achievers also solves the problem of visibility into team engagement. Features like “My Team” allow managers to track recognition activity and reinforce positive behaviors, helping build a wellness-based, high-performance culture.

Overall, Achievers transforms recognition from a once-in-a-while gesture into a daily habit that boosts morale, strengthens relationships, and aligns teams around shared values.

I appreciate the points it gives when you achieve a goal, making it valuable for my team, as earning points can help work towards goals like getting a pay raise.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

There’s nothing that I’ve found wrong with it so far!

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers for recognizing coworkers, keeping communication and celebration open in the workplace, and the points system motivates my team toward goals like pay raises.

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I like that Achievers makes it easy to recognize colleagues in a timely and meaningful way. It helps build a positive culture and strengthens collaboration across teams.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

One thing I dislike about Achievers is that the platform can feel a bit cluttered at times, making it harder to quickly find older recognition messages or navigate to certain features. It would be helpful if the interface were more streamlined.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achievers helps solve the challenge of recognizing great work consistently across teams. It provides a structured, easy‑to‑use way to acknowledge contributions, which improves engagement and makes it easier for me to show appreciation in real time.
