What do you like best about Achievers?

I like the more fun interactive concept of being able to add pictures and gifs to your recognitions and the variety included in the marketplace so that employees can spend their points on gifts that bring value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We did run into some integration issues with our HRIS, Workday, which took several months to correct. Some more timely solutions would have been ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

There's nothing that I truly dislike about Achievers - it's more or less our team's understanding of the full functionality of the product. Especially the areas that we have access to but are underutilizing them. From employee feedback, I think the only concern was the decommissioning of the physical Visa card and having to use the Achievers virtual prepaid card. Some older employees have had difficulty activating/using the virtual card (even with the world being so driven towards virtual options). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers' customizable platform helps to promote a culture of recognition in our organization. It integrates with Microsoft Teams, making it simple to recognize peers during our normal workflow. We have a dedicated account representative to assist with questions or steer us to the appropriate services. Support cases are generally resolved quickly. We were able to achieve 100% enrollment by our team, and now, 18 months later, our team still uses the platform on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers provides a variety of campaigns and modules to promote utilization of the platform. They provide the content and graphics that are needed to promote these so it makes it easy to use and implement quickly. There Achievers Success Community is easy to use and search for different topics and ideas. They really take the guesswork on how to make using the platform a success. I have also always have had a pleasant expereince with their support team. They are always quick to respond and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

We did migrate to AEXP and some of the seach functions and newsfeed settings have changed and make it difficult to see all the recognitions in the platform. That might not matter for some organizations, but we like seeing all the recognitions as a whole as opposed to people that we follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Achievers?

The user interface is pleasing and easy to navigate. If you've ever used any social media, you'll be able to navigate and understand the Achievers platform easily. The implementation team was helpful and quick to respond to any questions during set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

We're about 6 months into using the platform, and I haven't come across any downsides that are a result from Achievers directly. Feedback from admins and users has been positive across the board.

During implementation, project management from the Achievers side was lacking a bit, but not in any way that held up implemenation or caused major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a company that spans every US state and has locations in Canada, connecting all employees and creating the feeling of togetherness while we are apart is difficult. What do you like best about Achievers?

The technology is amazing. We were able to create a customized solution, with program branding for our program. The engagement has been spectacular and our turnover has decreased as well as our employee net promoter score. These are just a few of the ROIs since we implemented Achievers over a year ago. What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers is exceptionally well-designed to celebrate and acknowledge the hard work and dedication of employees. Since it is modeled after most social media sites its easy to use for a global audience. I love the program features - Announcements, Connections, Allie Feedback, the use of GIFS, Celebrations, Boost, and more. What do you dislike about Achievers?

As an admin, I find it hard to manage our budget, point use, etc. The reporting isn't great and makes it hard to track.

The swag market is so behind the rest of the program and is so disappointing and expensive. Would love to move my swag business to Achievers but seems a long way off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Culture activation - faciliated a culture of recongition and appreciation based on our core values
