From a personal perspective, there are some brands that I wish were more thoroughly represented in the catalog

The platform provides a mechanism in which I can provide a recognition to one of my colleagues as soon as I think of doing so. It is very user friendly and takes the "heavy lifting" out of creating and publishing peer recognition

The platform is very intuitive — everything from recognizing a colleague to redeeming points is straightforward and quick. The layout is clean, the navigation makes sense, and you can complete tasks without having to hunt through menus. Overall, the simplicity makes it easy to engage with consistently.

I’d really like to see a larger catalog available. While the platform is easy to use and very intuitive, the selection of rewards feels somewhat limited. Expanding the catalog with more diverse options — including broader brands, experiences, and higher‑value items — would make the program even more engaging and give users more flexibility in choosing rewards that fit their preferences.

I like Achievers for the ability to call out a teammate for their achievements and view recognition posts. It's great for shining a light and giving recognition to teammates who have contributed with various support efforts. Being recognized for one's work is very valuable as it gives a person motivation. I think the ability to recognize an employee is a valuable software to have.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

The recognition exporting can be improved upon. I would like to have different options for export, like PDF.

**What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achievers to shine a light on teammates' contributions with recognition. It calls out achievements and motivates people, adding value through appreciation. The recognition feed is useful to view and celebrate others' efforts.

I really enjoy being able to show appreciation to my co-workers by giving them points, which they can use to earn gift cards. It's a great way to recognize their efforts and share positivity in the workplace.

I preferred the old platform over the new one. It was much easier to see what others wrote about each other on the previous version.

Products are not returnable. Sometimes the cost of products seems a bit high.

It alos you to send more than a 'thank you', but a recoginised recognition, showing you have gone the extra mile to acknowledge others contribution.
When receiving a recognition, it brightems your day, to know a colleague went that extra mile to thank you

**What do you like best about Achievers?**

I use Achievers for employee recognition and reward. I enjoy the structured, points-based reward program it offers. The analytics provided help track recognition trends and engagement, which is quite useful. What I like most are the features for the celebration of milestones and how easy it is to use. Automated recognition for birthdays, work anniversaries, and achievements really keeps morale high. Achievers even notifies us of peers' birthdays and anniversaries so we can celebrate and congratulate them.

It allows for an easy way to share recognition with colleagues to highlight when they have done something that deserves praise.  The user interface is simple to use and it makes the process easy and streamline.

When there are group recognitions, it would be useful to be able to boost individuals within that group - i.e. it may be one of your team members you want to reward and boosting the whole group would take up all your points allocation

I like how Achievers significantly boosts team morale by enabling the recognition of individual accomplishments within the team, particularly at Domino's. I find the awards feature particularly valuable, offering a tangible way to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance. The thing I like best about achievers is having a platform that transforms achievements into something transferable. I enjoy being able to easily redeem points and receive gift cards quick.

The only thing I dislike about achievers is that sometimes it can be hard to find exactly what you are looking for. There are so many options to find but I find the layout makes it difficult to see everything quick.

I think the problem being solved is that with achievers people can financially benefit from having good work ethic. This will create a better environment in the work place because people will be motivated for the incentive.

I recently used Achievers and was impressed by the user-friendly design interface. The features are well organized, making navigation easy and efficient. I use it to recognize the team members in our audit team, which brings motivation to everybody. I appreciate the various built-in features and options for recognizing team members, and how it's presented to the entire firm, extending recognition to a broad set of people. The setup was super easy, handled by our firm IT.

I like the variety achievers offers. It's not a one size fits all type of reward process. It's been so convenient to me.

I dislike the wait sometimes to receive an electronic gift card. I believe tech is pretty instant but maybe that will improve in the future with all the recent advancements in technology.

Achievers is a great platform for highlighting your greatest performers. Employees and managers are empowered to catch people doing things right, aligned with your core values and what drives success in your organization.

I can't think of any serious downsides of achievers.

Achievers helps create a culture of recognition, which can lead to greater engagement and productivity. When people are recognized for good work, they are more likely to repeat that work. When people see others recognized, it makes them want to accomplish the same level of work.

It nice to be able to recognise colleges when they do a good job and I love how we get reminders when birthdays and anniversary's are coming up so whole team can sign a card

nothing that I can think of, maybe wish there were more options when signing cards such as font

Rewards is a simple, easy to navigate platform which encourages you to use it. It has a wide variety of rewards you can "purchase" with the points you earn.

There's nothing to dislike. My own person opinion is searching GIFs, but that's probably a me issue.

Sometimes its hard to recognise people within a large business but using Achievers' has made this far easier and simple.

Plus, the redemption system is great for turning rewards into items or vouchers. The initial setup was very easy too.

I really like the social newsfeed feature on Achievers. It makes recognition public and ensures everyone can see the milestones of the team. Also, the user-friendly interface is extremely easy to use. The integration with MS Teams is another highlight, making it easy to see recognitions directly in Teams. The initial setup was fairly easy and quite easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Achievers?**

While the UI is easy to use, the search functionality for finding specific past recognitions or older posts in the newsfeed can be better.

I use Achievers to recognize and appreciate team members' hard work and milestones. It solves the issue of unnoticed achievements by making them visible to everyone.

I like that you have the ability to recognize your colleagues more than just a thank you from e-mail/messages. Knowing that the recognition is public allows both other personnel from our company know about their achievements but also their direct management system.

Maybe there is this capability and I'm not aware, but I wish things like Birthdays/Anniversaries could be completely removed for those who don't wish to share this information.

Marketplace is way out of its prices.  For what you trade points in for it's not worth it.  There are other companies with the same type of system (points for kudos etc and they get more bang for the trade).  When you do a price search on the items we buy through achievers marketplace its not worth the tradein for points.
