The platform has been widely accepted by our employees and organization. It has allowed us to shed light on and target how recognition ties into employee engagement. It has allowed us to capitalize on the power of acknowledgement from senior leadership, peers, and teams. The platform has allowed us meaningfully recognize more consistently as an organization, and has become an integral part of our culture. I love that we are able to recognize our employees globally. The navigation can be a little clunky at times. I would have loved to see more detailed analytic reporting be available. Not all functionality is at your fingertips. You have to work towards learning how to maximize all the features available to you as a user. It isn't really a con but I feel the program offers a lot more than I understand. I find myself wanting to do things with this platform that I am not sure how to do. I know there are tutorials to learn but it takes time to go through them all. I love that I can use Achievers to recognize my peers for things they have accomplished and for ways that they have helped me, as well as use it as a place to receive recognition myself. I also find it very useful that it will give me reminders when my coworkers have birthdays or milestones to celebrate that are coming up. I don't have very many complaints about Achievers, I think my only complaint would be that the recent update took me a while to figure out how to navigate the new interface. I have used achievers for many years at my company, Availity. I use it as a way to say thank you to people I work with frequently or infrequently. Just last week, I sent out a recognition for someone being a good sport when I completely confused them with someone else at the company. I find achievers to be an easy way to celebrate the small wins and a great way to recognize how long people have been at companies! I feel when you get to recognize a staff member in a unique and creative way, it truly helps build a healthy and motivational foundation for others. It's very easy to use and navigate, and great to use every day! It is also an amazing and easy tool to implement into certain promotions & integrate into cast incentive related contests.

I do not like that Assistant Managers or even Full-Time Managers cannot receive points. I can understand it is a cast incentive, however, I think AMs should be eligible for some kind of point system, as well as the full times. I think the incentive should be spread across the board! With a number of features Achievers has to offer Achievers (Bravo) makes it easy to recognize a peer, view and respond to recognitions, see available awarded points and to search for possible awards. I like that we can make recognitions more personal with the use of tools such as GIF's. When looking at possible awards and then going back to the search it tends to start the search over causing me to scroll or click through pages to find where I left off. It would also be great if we could raise the limits on the virtual Visa/Mastercards. Some gift cards allow you to redeem them for a single card that is greater than the $100 limit set on the Visa/Mastercards. I would find value if we had more compatibility with the virtual cards on our Apple/Android wallets. This platform is relatively easy to use and implement, allowing associates to recognize each other and for managers to "boost" their posts with points. It is also integrated into Teams, so there are several ways to access it. The points are easy to use for gift cards and products, and it is a great way to reward associates for going above and beyond. The redesign makes it look more like a social media website, and encourages associates to use it every day. The mobile app needs to have a bit better organization, specifically the recognitions don't seem to be in any sort of order, a little more organization and order to them would be nice, as it would allow you to see things as they happen and not just random recognitions. It feel great to be able to easily give and receive recognition at work, and the rewards based incentive help motivate more people to participate. I like that the feature was added recently to only show my location in my company when added people to recognition as there are thousands of employees in my company, and only around a hundred at my store. My biggest complaint it that, even though I use it often, it sometimes takes me a few minutes to get my thoughts typed out in the way I want them, to be an effective recognition, then another minute or two to pick an appropriate image or animation to go along with it, and sometimes when I go to submit I discover it has timed me out and I've lost all my work and have to start over. The platform is easy to use and is helpful for allowing team members to recognize each other for completing tasks outside of their regular job duties. This allows team morale to be increased through a simple text and gif combination, and also allows the organization to run incentivized programs to further increase the use of Achievers. Signing in on a daily basis is really easy, so getting staff to log in after each of their shifts and send 1 or 2 recognitions to their co-workers is quite simple, and beneficial towards boosting staff morale and team chemistry. The interface is a little bit outdated, and it's a little hard to find/navigate to specific menus sometimes. The inconsistency in point pricing on things like gift cards that are of the same value. Some items such as recognitions and celebrations seem to disappear off the platform and you are unable to find them. Seemingly just some minor outdated UI and bugs, so nothing major.
