All the options to redeem points and that it is easy to use. Also easy to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like different kind of interactions, not only like. When helping someone to set up their profile for the first time, there's no clear way to sign up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Achievers is that it makes it easy to recognize associates in our company who make an impact on our experience as well as customer experiences. We work as a big team here at Carmax and have many different departments that work together to help make processes more efficient and to ensure everyone's satisfaction. I like that you can add different gifs and memes to the posts, and react to them and comment to show appreciation. I like that the database allows you to find associates quite easily and connects different departments and stores together seamlessly.
I also like that by appreciating and showing gestures of appreciation for other associates, we are rewarded with points that can be used to purchase a variety of different things. I love that the selection of different things you can buy with achievers points is wide and expansive. There is something for everyone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found anything that I dislike about Achievers at this point. I did have an issue once where many unintended associates were tagged on a post I made when I was trying to select specific associates. This might have been an error on my own part and not related to the software however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about the Achievers program is how it motivates me to keep pushing myself and reach my goals. It’s rewarding to see my hard work recognized and celebrated. The support and resources available also help me stay on track, and it’s great to be part of a community of like-minded individuals all striving for success. It really helps me stay focused and driven! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really, the program is great as is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can use Achievers to recognize my peers for things they have accomplished and for ways that they have helped me, as well as use it as a place to receive recognition myself. I also find it very useful that it will give me reminders when my coworkers have birthdays or milestones to celebrate that are coming up. It helps me to feel more connected with the people that I work with even though I work from home and don't get to see them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have very many complaints about Achievers, I think my only complaint would be that the recent update took me a while to figure out how to navigate the new interface. However, I feel I have gotten the hang of it at this point and am able to see what I need to and get to where I need to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used achievers for many years at my company, Availity. I use it as a way to say thank you to people I work with frequently or infrequently. Just last week, I sent out a recognition for someone being a good sport when I completely confused them with someone else at the company. I find achievers to be an easy way to celebrate the small wins and a great way to recognize how long people have been at companies! I am surprised at the number of years some of coworkers have been here but it reminds me what a great place it is to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the pictures of my coworkers were updated more frequently. It seems like a nit pick but it helps when trying to figure out which people I should be celebrating! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Achievers is nice because it allows you an easy way to give that shoutout or recognition to someone or a group of people that should have it. Plus with the points feature, you can give someone something tangible for their effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there are alot of choices for awards, it would be nice if they offered more regional relevant options. Things that someone who may not be in the big city could redeem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that you can recognize fellow colleagues for the work that they do. It's an amazing incentive to earn points to gain rewards, and to interact with staff!
I feel when you get to recognize a staff member in a unique and creative way, it truly helps build a healthy and motivational foundation for others. It's very easy to use and navigate, and great to use every day! It is also an amazing and easy tool to implement into certain promotions & integrate into cast incentive related contests.
If having troubles with an Achievers account, customer service can be very helpful as well, and is usually fairly quick in solving issues such as login issues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that Assistant Managers or even Full-Time Managers cannot receive points. I can understand it is a cast incentive, however, I think AMs should be eligible for some kind of point system, as well as the full times. I think the incentive should be spread across the board! This would help even the managers feel motivated as well I think! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With a number of features Achievers has to offer Achievers (Bravo) makes it easy to recognize a peer, view and respond to recognitions, see available awarded points and to search for possible awards. I like that we can make recognitions more personal with the use of tools such as GIF's. It is also nice to not just recognize someone for their actions but also for special occasions such as Birthdays and Anniversaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When looking at possible awards and then going back to the search it tends to start the search over causing me to scroll or click through pages to find where I left off. Also, when going from one page to the next it remains at the bottom of the list instead of going to the top, this is just inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like how easy it is to recognize my team. The best thing about Achievers is that you can cash in all your points for all the good deeds you've completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish we had Scheels as a gift card vendor option.
It would also be great if we could raise the limits on the virtual Visa/Mastercards. Some gift cards allow you to redeem them for a single card that is greater than the $100 limit set on the Visa/Mastercards. I would find value if we had more compatibility with the virtual cards on our Apple/Android wallets. It took me two months to use my first cards due to few stores taking virtual cards and not being able to tap my Apple Wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This platform is relatively easy to use and implement, allowing associates to recognize each other and for managers to "boost" their posts with points. It is also integrated into Teams, so there are several ways to access it. The points are easy to use for gift cards and products, and it is a great way to reward associates for going above and beyond. The redesign makes it look more like a social media website, and encourages associates to use it every day. I have never had to use customer support, however I know people who have and had a good experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the redesign, the area given to write new Achievers is a little smaller than before. It would be nice to have the option to open a new window to write an achievers and have the text box be larger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Achievers is easy to use, and navigate. The ability to incorporate fun gifs to your recognitions is a great way to add some pizazz to standard morale booster. The platform is quite easy to get people to sign up for, and also easy to get into the habit of using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app needs to have a bit better organization, specifically the recognitions don't seem to be in any sort of order, a little more organization and order to them would be nice, as it would allow you to see things as they happen and not just random recognitions.
