What do you like best about Accessible Web RAMP?

What do you dislike about Accessible Web RAMP?

I am not a web designer by trade and often find the required remediation tasks difficult to determine and fix. An easier to navigate site might help, unless Accessible Web RAMP is specifically designed for IT professional and web designers. I am in community relations and feel our departments often end up managing agency websites instead of IT, but we often don't have the level experience necessary to effectively manage all aspects of a website. (This may be more of an industry problem than an Accessible Web issue.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
