It catches many accessibility issues in an automatic, recurring method, and gives great advice on how to correct it. What I like very best is that it lets you log your remediation efforts and display that log to interested website visitors. I think this helps show good faith efforts to visitors, and how seriously you take accessibility.

I install the free version of their RAMP on every site I work on, and encourage everyone to upgrade to a paid plan.

Some of the filtering and capabilities to integrate with Jira are very generic and basic. we have needs to pull more metadata into our tooling than currently available.
