What do you like best about Siteimprove?

Siteimprove has helped me improve the quality of my website. I really like the "Policy" tool as it makes it easy to identify patterns within the site. For example: I want to know which pages are using a certain CSS class, with Siteimprove I can have an accurate report and execute action plans to improve those. Patterns are very versatile, they can be links in the page, HTML tags, CSS classes, content page and much more.

Customer service is always very attentive to help, giving a quick and effective response.

We've been working on improving the accessibility of the site lately. It's very useful how siteimprove provides accessibility metrics and suggests code improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

In the last year we had a bug in the crawler, which was fixed after a few business days. It would be great to prevent this kind of bugs in the tracker to ensure more availability in the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Siteimprove?

I like that the QA & accessibility issues are all in one place and the platform highlights the issues so it's easy to locate in the CMS. I also like that it's easy to export the list of issues to share with our external team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

The inability to ignore an accessiblity issue to improve the accessibility score. Some of the tasks, we are unable to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is improving our user experience and accessibility of our site. Previously, we would have no idea if a broken link was affecting more than 1,000 webpages on our site. Now, we are immediately made aware of a quality assurance issue. We are also more mindful of the accessibility of our site, and our site is more inclusive to all users using our website. What do you like best about Siteimprove?

Siteimprove is amazing, it constantly evolve as the industry changes and standards improve, and continues to let me see at a glance where any QA or accessibility issues are, we are now on the cusp of full AAA compliance, years ahead of planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

If I'm in a group rahter than the whole site, desktop and mobile speed aren't shown, and those seem to be under reporting compared to Pagespeed, which it uses. I get 67 and 94 in Pagespeed but Siteimprove grumpily announces 34 and 66. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Siteimprove?

We have been using Siteimprove to monitor and maintain our accessibility goals and targets across our digital properties. Throughout the past year, we have been actively using the Accessibility feature on a regular basis to identify area of opportunities to be WCAG compliant through site crawls.

In addition, we have used the SEO Audit and assigning relevant courses on Frontier to our team to upskill, which have easy to set up and implement as well!

Siteimprove allows me to pull valuable information as a Marketing Manager. I do not have the time or skills to pull this information from other platforms, so Siteimprove allows me to easily access information I would not be able to otherwise.

This is a tool I use weekly, if not daily and has become crucial to my day to day role.

Siteimprove's heat mapping feature is another valuable tool. It visually represents where users are clicking, scrolling, and focusing on a webpage. I love the interface, its so easy to use. The tools are so fantastic. I've not used a system that is so easy to navigate and is so detailed in what you can do. I would like to see more intuitive graphs of how keyword rankings change over time. It would be nice to see how your keywords change rankings within an activity plan rather than having to click into each one to see this - could be nice to categorize keywords in activity plans to narrow it down to this or at least have an exportable version of month by month data of keyword rankings.
