What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

- Managers can approve/decline days off requests via email, no need to access the platform

- Easy to navigate interface with intuitive functionality

- All the employees documents i.e employees manual or other guides are available on the platform and can be accessed anytime Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

- Interface is old school, could be improved and be more modern

- The calendar planner could be improved

- Searching and navigation on ATS (Talent Portal) could be improved

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

It's so easy to use - we were able to roll it out to staff with very limited time taken to train staff and managers on how to use it. I like how PeopleHR are continually improving and updating the system in refining and adding new features. I've used PeopleHR in a few roles now and try and take it with me when I join a new organisation. It's great to have all employee information in one place, and has helped us identify gaps and risks. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

The organisation chart is inflexible and not a true picture of what our company structure looks like. The ability to edit and change this feature would be great. We've had to turn this off.

The Logbook area could be improved so that we could use this for forms and we could stop using paper altogether.

It would be good to be able to make internal amendments together - e.g. if someone has a promotion you have to change the job title, reports to, salary etc all separately and provide a reason for each which is a bit niggly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

We are an IT Networking Business, with Cloud our specialty. It was therefore important for us to partner with a solutions' provider who had an a good technical knowledge of Cloud and an outstanding HR product. That is what we found with People HR.

The utility of the product and it's technical platform gave us considerable confidence we had made a good choice and our practical experience so far has demonstrated that we have done so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

Struggling to be honest. The 10k limit on document upload is a minor issue, but we have found a work around. Otherwise a solid product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a dynamic Business so the ability to produce bespoke HR data based reports for prospective clients is a major advantage.

As we role it out the self serve function is proving a big hit with our staff.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

I have used plenty of HR tools in past, but People HR is by far the easiest to use, and the most intuitive. I have never had any formal training, but I have only had to reach out for assistance twice since our company started using the software. In a close second, comes the help network; not only is there detailed guides for most common processes and problems, there is always someone minutes away through the chat option. Having someone reply within minutes with that answer to your problem is something I havent experienced before - it's a really great safety blanket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

I dont have much to dislike to be honest - the biggest thing I would say is it would be good if it could 'learn' some of the repetitive HR tasks in order to make them more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

PeopleHR is extremely easy to use, I have never had a training session to use the system but am able to navigate with little help, however if for any reason I have a question the chat feature is great, the person on the other end is always helpful and has the answer. I've used PeopleHR in several roles and it is by far the best system I have come across, having all employees information in one place has helped us identify gaps and risks. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

Not a dislike but it would be good if we could save standard letters to the system which we could populate with names and dates, i.e. for promotion, wage increases etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's straight forward to use, its great value for money and it offers some good functionality with a variety of add-ons. It devolves a lot of traditional HR admin to the line. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

It can be a bit clunky to use - particularly when using the reporting tools (running queries), a few small tweaks would improve this - such as offering search terms such as 'greater than or equal to' (as an example). The ATS does not like you copying and pasting from Word - the format gets a quite untidy when you do this - which is a shame, and should be an easy fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm still getting used to the layout, but it's counterintuitive. While we all have a calendar, here it's called Planner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
