- Managers can approve/decline days off requests via email, no need to access the platform
- Easy to navigate interface with intuitive functionality

It's so easy to use - we were able to roll it out to staff with very limited time taken to train staff and managers on how to use it. I like how PeopleHR are continually improving and updating the system in refining and adding new features. I've used PeopleHR in a few roles now and try and take it with me when I join a new organisation. It's great to have all employee information in one place, and has helped us identify gaps and risks. The organisation chart is inflexible and not a true picture of what our company structure looks like. The ability to edit and change this feature would be great. We've had to turn this off.
The Logbook area could be improved so that we could use this for forms and we could stop using paper altogether.
It would be good to be able to make internal amendments together - e.g. if someone has a promotion you have to change the job title, reports to, salary etc all separately and provide a reason for each which is a bit niggly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are an IT Networking Business, with Cloud our specialty. It was therefore important for us to partner with a solutions' provider who had an a good technical knowledge of Cloud and an outstanding HR product. That is what we found with People HR.

I have used plenty of HR tools in past, but People HR is by far the easiest to use, and the most intuitive. I have never had any formal training, but I have only had to reach out for assistance twice since our company started using the software. In a close second, comes the help network; not only is there detailed guides for most common processes and problems, there is always someone minutes away through the chat option. Having someone reply within minutes with that answer to your problem is something I havent experienced before - it's a really great safety blanket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PeopleHR is extremely easy to use, I have never had a training session to use the system but am able to navigate with little help, however if for any reason I have a question the chat feature is great, the person on the other end is always helpful and has the answer. I've used PeopleHR in several roles and it is by far the best system I have come across, having all employees information in one place has helped us identify gaps and risks. Not a dislike but it would be good if we could save standard letters to the system which we could populate with names and dates, i.e. for promotion, wage increases etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's straight forward to use, its great value for money and it offers some good functionality with a variety of add-ons. It devolves a lot of traditional HR admin to the line. We recently implemented the ATS module and that has been really helpful for streamlining recruitment. The team are responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a bit clunky to use - particularly when using the reporting tools (running queries), a few small tweaks would improve this - such as offering search terms such as 'greater than or equal to' (as an example). The ATS does not like you copying and pasting from Word - the format gets a quite untidy when you do this - which is a shame, and should be an easy fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
