The reporting functionality of the system works well, it seems to be a HRIS that is written and developed by process-driven developers so it does exactly what you want a HRIS to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user experience is not engaging or intuitive, if you need documents signed they aren't where users think they should be, for example, they aren't in the 'tasks' tab but in the 'about me' tab which is counterintuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service and after-sale support - worst experience I have ever had. Holiday approver set up is impossible. We cannot get PeopleHR to sync with MS Outlook which means users have to manuually enter their holiday bookings to their calendar in Outlook which is what we use for meeting schedulling.
