Most of it. The interface online looks like it comes from windows 97. It takes SO long to load. The onboarding process was painful, with many excel sheets and data entries that had to be in such a specific way that made no sense at all, and that's where it all began.
Nothing makes sense, it's like they purposely thought, "how can we make this so confusing and clicky that you have to go through the most pain possible to achieve the simplest things" - whatever they did, they achieved it - and continue to do so.
The APIs and integration always break too btw, so don't expect any consistency.
Again I reiterate that nothing makes sense, if you've ever used any other HRIS on the market you'll wonder how this company stays afloat with customers, anyone who's half digitally native will soon realise they're in for a crazy ride using PeopleHR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
