mobile application is a great addition to this app. very easy to navigate and do the needful. our internal suppoort team overlook the customer support side of this always maintain the target SLA's. varaity of fetures there like leave management / team management / employee related document management and many more. normay when we need to apply leave or when we approve our team member leave we should want to log in to the this site. 4 to 10 times a month. easy integration and customization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The concept is good, its nice to have your documents all in one place and the organisation chart is great unless you want to print it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is incredibly complicated to set up especially when setting up ripple & queries, making it feel like you need to be a software engineer to work it. Would it be helpful if People HR would set that all up for you instead of training you on how to set it up? I was shown over a few sessions but didn't fully understand it. We have many issues with our appraisal forms ( locked out, not saving, not allowing pasting etc) and then getting locked out, so it would be good if there were an option for admin not to lock it and to have a person available to help with a situation like this instead of going via a help page AI bot. The organisational chart doesn't print in colour and it blocks the photos out. The documents and training logbooks don't show up the way they could for ease. It is like the person who invented the site was a programmer and didn't talk to people who would be using it. The language seems odd, like the use of 'ripple' and 'queries'. I think it would help to speak to people currently using it to see how to improve it and make it easier. This is the opinion of my team of 20, not just me, so I am sure other people may have the same issues. I want to enjoy using this platform; it has excellent potential. the system isnt intuitive and is clunky to use, for example when viewing the planner, i have to click into each individual day to see who is absent. in the timesheet, i can see that staff have and "other event" but i cant see what it is or how long it lasts by hovering over it, i have to come out of everything else and click into it. its extremely cumbersome to use, but all the information is there when you eventually get it all together. we obviously count time in units of hours and minutes, but we have to calculate this as a decimal to enter TOIL - this is unnesearily time consuming and can be confusing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That some areas of the platform aren't fully customisable, for example the performance section, we don't find the goals section comprehensive enough but also can't delete it. That the logbook can't be pdf'd for easy printing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is easy to navigate and we were able to get to grips with it quite quickly after our initial training. It stores all of our HR paperwork in one place and is easy to access and share with relevant parties. We like the planner option to track where the employees are on a given day and we also liked the option of the bolt on ATS and AI features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside to people HR is that could not be tailored to our business, it was not user friendly and we found it frustrating that you needed to re sort screens once you had left and come back. It does not allow all types of documents to be directly saved to the document screen (ie emails) and we found that a lot of our questions to get the function we wanted were Logbook Work arounds which in the end cause more work. We were disappointed with the document template creator, it was not user friendly and did not allow us to format our templates for the documents in a way we would be happy presenting them to staff. It has been difficult to change over from my old maiden name address to my newly married email address. It would be good to have a feature where it can recognise both addresses for me to log in and to be recognised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PeopleHR's interface is super easy to navigate and doesn't require lengthy inductions; most tech-literates won't even need an orientation. The features are totally customisable to your organisation's needs, and you can use it to store all of an individual's documents in one easily accessible place, as well as set it up to give you reminders when training documents are expering, which can help you ensure you are always compliant. One of the best features is that your staff can book holiday through it at any time, and se if the collegues in their team are already off, which means when it comes to organising a trip they dont have to wait to speak to their manager - that's the thing my team most appreciate about having this system used for people management in our organisation, it helps people more effectively manage their work life balance. It's almost never not working, so i've found it super reliable and is obviously well-maintained software. , and most features also allow you to make notes which is very useful when I need to refer back to something from a while back - it's especially useful managing sickness and absence.
