I really like the interface of Absorb LMS; it's easy to use and allows me to create and publish content quickly. I would like to see the create tool be exportable so that we could use the training that we create since it is technically our intellectual property. The Absorb LMS has continued to be an easy-to-use but powerful tool to create educational content for our key partners and stakeholders, meeting a range of needs and requirements. We work directly with Dave Mullan, who has continuously provided timely and quality help for myself as the lead and our organization. Dave has helped us troubleshoot issues, ensure efficiency, and has kept us up to date and has demonstrated and suggested functions as Absorb rolls out new features.

As we look to expand our offerings further, Dave has helped strategize for the best approach, which has helped our workflow and the end-user experience.

As we continue to expand education there have been a few instances where functions were limited or not available.

In these instances, Dave has been responsive about capabilities and options, and has helped troubleshoot and shared feedback with his team to work on solutions. As an example, I very much appreciate the ability to use AI voices as part of our trainings, but there are instances where medical language is mispronounced. There have also been some instances where the functionality of quiz questions have not worked or resulted in errors.

This LMS is incredibly user friendly for Admins and Leaners alike. As an admin, you are able to manage courses, users, and resources without robust onboarding/training.

Absorb is dilligent about informing Admins of changes in a timely manner, so whether you use the system daily or only sign in quarterly, you can rest assured you'' be up to date on the latest changes.

While most support requests recieve a timely response; glitches that need developer involvement can take a while to fix, since they require time to find the cause of the issue and appropriate fix.

Absorb LMS has relieved all the pain points I’ve run into with other learning systems. It offers a true “what you see is what you get” experience, with straightforward reporting and updates built right into the screens I use regularly, rather than forcing me to learn how to manipulate data through complicated reporting interfaces. I’d like to see more dynamic, easier-to-manage templates for the learner dashboard. Right now, the containers feel clunky and hard to work with. What I dislike most about Absorb is that, when I try to use the General Manager Experience dashboard, it doesn’t currently auto-populate team members (staff) under the GM. Instead, the information has to be entered manually each time a new team member is created. While the functionality is available, it still requires the GM to add each user individually, which can be time-consuming. The UX experience is great. Learners have clear visibility into their courses and materials, which makes it easy to find what they need. Reporting is also really useful, since we can download a lot of detailed information and data to help us make the best decisions regarding the platform. The process of updating users can be very manual. Also, the features included in Absorb Create—such as the AI training materials—aren’t as good as I expected, so we usually end up using other tools outside the platform for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found Absorb to be extremely intuitive for both end users and admin. This has helped greatly with our internal implementation of the platform. From an admin and set-up perspective i have been very impressed with the speed of implementation, Absorb worked to some incredibly tight deadline to allow us to transition from our old supplier with no lose of service for our employees.
