## Absorb LMS Reviews
 ### 1. Easy-to-Use Training Creation from PowerPoints and PDFs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Very easy to use overall. Especially if building in-house material. Like the option of taking existing PowerPoints and making them into training, or being able to take a PDF and let the AI build.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

It’s not really a dislike; like anything else, every software or platform has a “box” where it works best. For me, the challenge is taking manufacturer or other certifications that were completed outside of Absorb and getting them into a user’s profile.

The workaround I’ve found is a bit clunky and time-consuming: I have to create an “on-line course” and label it for what it is, upload the PDF certification into that course, enroll the user, and then edit the enrollment so the certification shows up in the user profile. The other issue is creating our own company-logo certifications—this process also feels very clunky within Absorb.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My discussions with Stephanie Akpieyi were really helpful. Her support, along with the workaround she suggested, made a big difference. I’ve also added a comment to the suggestion for the platform. I understand that changes like these, especially when they involve others, can take time.

 ### 2. User-Friendly LMS with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina H. | Learning System and Design Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I love how user-friendly Absorb LMS is. I recently had two new team members join our team, and they have been able to jump in easily. The Absorb Academy is amazing and a great way for new team members to use the system. The ease of use means they didn't require much training to begin using Absorb. Our Client Success Manager, Jason, has been exceptional to work with! Moreover, Absorb presented as user-friendly and capable of supporting both internal employees and external agents. The initial setup of Absorb LMS was very easy, and the team that walked us through the process was very supportive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I wish we could see the calendar responses when we automatically enroll someone in an ILC session. That would be helpful for tracking and even for courses that had a limit on attendance. I would love an AI overlay on the Absorb Analyze to help build the dashboards. Also, if we had more control on who could get notified after courses/curriculum are completed. If we could set specific people.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS tracks attendance and feedback, offers a consistent user experience, and is user-friendly, benefiting both internal and external users. It simplifies onboarding with the Absorb Academy, reducing the need for extensive training documentation.

 ### 3. Certificate Deadlines and Specific Report Generation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia H. | LMS Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I like that learners can see their own certificates. It gives them a sense of accomplishment and accountability. I also like the reporting aspect and being able to produce a number of different reports as required from different departments within the company.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

As we are using it currently from an admin perspective at present, there are some nuances we have to consider, for example 're-enrolling' users on courses, not just enrolling them on a future session date. Also, it would be great if course uploads did not override as we needed to create several courses per year due to the company needing to retain older certs. For example a person completed a course in 2022, their cert expires in 2026, if they upload a new cert in 2026 to the same course, the second cert overrides the first cert and we lose the person's first cert.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier visibility of when certificates will expire. Learners seeing all their certs sit behind their transcripts helps with accountability. Report generation will help with ensuring certificates due to expire are captured before issues arise.

 ### 4. Customizable LMS with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike A. | Training Content Creator, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I use Absorb LMS to manage and track our company's online courses and in-person training. I really like the ability to customize the user interface, which gives our dashboard a personalized appearance. Support is excellent with timely responses, which was especially valuable during the onboarding transition, making it easier to navigate and learn. Our Absorb contact, Gesa Cole, does a great job maintaining an open line of communication with frequent meetings. It was very easy to set up Absorb LMS thanks to the support we received.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There are some minor feature implementations that we would benefit greatly from, specifically with regard to course cancellation behavior, waitlisting, and being able to assign specific permissions to a manager role to prevent managers from approving enrollments. Most importantly, pricing and costs could be more competitive, especially with newer features like Localization. We have had to explore other options for Localization because the cost is just too high.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Absorb LMS to efficiently manage and track company training. It simplifies course management, enhances user login and progress tracking, and showcases our branding.

 ### 5. Smooth Absorb Implementation with Responsive Onboarding and Helpful AI Creator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophia B. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The Onboarding Team, the user interface, and the ADP Connector have been the best parts of our experience with Absorb. This has been one of the smoothest implementations we’ve been a part of, from start to finish. The team was extremely responsive and consistently able to answer any questions we had along the way. The AI Creator tool has also been very helpful for creating training content, and the pre-made course library is a great added benefit. Overall, our experience has been amazing, and we would definitely recommend this product to other teams.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

So far, we haven’t come across anything we dislike about this product. Everything works quickly and exactly as it’s supposed to. Our connection with ADP is seamless, and employee information updates as soon as changes are made in WorkforceNow.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb helps us train our employees quickly, and it integrates back into ADP so we can keep our employee files up to date.

 ### 6. Great Dashboard and Easy Course Creation, Backed by Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Landon H. | Leadership Development Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The feature I like most is the dashboard. I also appreciate being able to create and add training courses for my team. I enjoy working with my representative on the system, as she has been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

What I dislike most about Absorb is that, when I try to use the General Manager Experience dashboard, it doesn’t currently auto-populate team members (staff) under the GM. Instead, the information has to be entered manually each time a new team member is created. While the functionality is available, it still requires the GM to add each user individually, which can be time-consuming. That said, this can be done by using the GM role setting to add current location members as team members.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb is helping us overcome knowledge barriers as we develop General Managers for our hotels. We can create and share training videos with our team members, which makes it easier to deliver consistent information across the team. It also saves the corporate team a lot of time, because we can build videos once instead of having to teach each GM individually every time someone is hired.

 ### 7. Intuitive Platform with Exceptionally Fast Implementation and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen V. | Learning and Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I have found Absorb to be extremely intuitive for both end users and admin. This has helped greatly with our internal implementation of the platform. From an admin and set-up perspective i have been very impressed with the speed of implementation, Absorb worked to some incredibly tight deadline to allow us to transition from our old supplier with no lose of service for our employees. The level of support we had through this process from Luke was exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

This may be a setup issue, but when I add Absorb modules from the library, they become visible to users on their primary dashboard. This can look confusing, especially when they’re blended in with mandatory modules.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to create onboarding and broader learning journeys for employees, supported by strong content creation, has been a real benefit. It’s helping us move from using the LMS only for mandatory training to using it as a tool that every department can benefit from, with bespoke learning delivered at a pace that matches the flow of the business.

 ### 8. Absorb: Making Training Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

It’s a one-stop shop and user-friendly platform for our Resource Families who need training for their specific roles. Resource Families can easily access all the training required of them in one place.

In addition, Absorb has a built-in tracking tool that gives staff access to user transcripts, making it easy to monitor progress and completion. This helps us ensure Resource Families remain compliant with program requirements.

Another thing I really appreciate is that our organization has been assigned a dedicated Absorb expert. Our expert, Claire Farnan, meets with us monthly and takes the time to answer our questions and share updates about the platform. Claire is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with, and we truly value her ongoing support.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

Uploading training into Absorb can be a bit time-consuming, especially with all the fields that have to be completed to ensure the course is correct in the system and that the appropriate users/learners have access to it.

We’ve also run into some issues with tracking—like courses showing as completed even when a learner has only just started and hasn’t finished it yet. Those things can make it a little harder to stay confident that everything is accurate and up to date.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A benefit for our team is that they can easily assign full curricula or individual training as needed to Resource Families. Being able to assign an entire curriculum is especially helpful because volunteers have all required training in one place, instead of having to navigate multiple websites like they had to in the past. This has streamlined our training process significantly.

In the past, we also had to rely on Resource Families to tell us they had completed a training. With Absorb, we can use the user transcript feature to track progress and completion, which gives staff a clear way to verify whether trainings have actually been completed or not.

Overall, Absorb has significantly improved how we manage, track, and deliver training across our organization. It has made a real difference, and because of our positive experience, I’ve recommended the platform to other programs.

 ### 9. Intuitive Platform, Would Benefit From Statistical Analysis Package

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I find Absorb LMS fairly intuitive, which, as a new user, has helped in designing professional education for clinical trials and healthcare providers. From designing content, to generating user reports, and reviewing question responses and user accuracy - the program has been easy to use. The ability to review the proportion of users who answered a question correctly has allowed me to refine educational materials and question content to best enable learning. The ability to upload preexisting PowerPoints is really helpful, and allows collaborators to develop a presentation that easily translates into content. This feature enables our team to work together effectively.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The reporting feature can be a bit clunky. It is unclear how analyzing individual responses, comparing responses, and performing statistical analyses would work in the platform. Integrations with Excel or another statistical analysis platform/package would be really helpful. Being able to develop a dashboard to monitor not only user progress but responses to individual questions would be helpful.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS lets us create educational content rapidly and revise content continuously - ensuring that it meets the educational needs of our personnel and clients. It allows us to review both individual and group usage, and ensures that access is both restricted to the exact user and accessible for onboarding additional users rapidly. I personally value the AI voice feature when developing content to increase accessibility.

 ### 10. Worth the Investment if compliance is central to your work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

We have just finished our nine week on-boarding and so far Absord has been a really good fit for us. We work within the health and social care sector and what has stood out is how straightforward it is to evidence training against regulatory frameworks without it turning in to a major admin job which takes hours. Other LMS platforms we tried did not offer even close to this. Before Absorb they were many hours per week spent on manually chasing learners, manually enrolling, downloading certificates indiviually etc., Nowwe don't need to spent even a fraction of this time doing this - Absorb allows us to bulk download certificates, automate reminders and escaltions and the reporting dashboard allows us to oversee compliance really easily.

It's also far more customisable than anything else we looked at which matters when your workforce and your requirements do not fit a generic template.

The onboarding itself was really throgugh, Cliodhna took time to understand how we actually work rather than just walking us through a standard set-up process. Nine weeks sounds long but it was well structured and has enabled us to set up a platform around our own needs rather than something generic.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The pricing is quite high which for smaller orginsations, is a big investment, but in our case the features, integrations and time saved on manual admin makes it worht it. The HTML editor feels more limited than we had expected. We explored adding a discussion board within one of our courses, but this required the purchase of an additional module. For administrators creating their own content or trying to build lightweight interactive elements, this can make customisation feel a little restrictive. That said, we do appreciate the balance between platform functionality and the promotion of additional product features.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance management was the main problem we needed to solve and our old LMS meant that we had to spend many hours manually tracking, reporting, enrolling wtc., which was not ideal - Absorb has centralised all of that and saved us a lot of time.

Managing training across different departments with different managers, different services which all require different training used to also be an issue which has been resolved.

The other big issue we used to face was the lagging and slow loading time of some of our larger scorm courses - however during our trial we stress tested absorb and it handled extremely large files with no issues, which has translated in to real use aswell.

 ### 11. Rescuing Hope LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Technical consistency, readily available customer service, and documentation that’s as concise as it needs to be to achieve the intended results. Stephanie Akpieyi is my weekly support, and I honestly can’t live without her. She is my teacher, mentor and patient support in all things Absorb. Her leadership gives me immediate success.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The catalog of courses is outdated by topics and particularly videos. Asking for help usually results in work or tasks being given back to me to handle on a plate that is already overflowing. I am not a tech person and Absorb/LMS is a fraction of my job. It needs to work but it can't be my only project and time is of the essence when it needs to get done.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the building of an e-commerce dashboard. Examples given live step by step is necessary or tasks to just be done as requested by Absorb to lighten my load, especially with little technical knowledge here.

 ### 12. Easy Course Building and Smooth Onboarding with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Building courses is very easy. We switched platforms in the 11th hour and in 2 months. The Absorb onboarding staff (Debbie, Geoff, Marisa, Lauren, Jessica, and of course, Piper!) made it a breeze. We lost a few account managers over 4-6 months, but finally received Stephanie in December. She is a go-getter! She immediately responds to my requests to help me through any features we need or questions I have or finds someone who can answer my questions.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The subscription feature is a must for us, but we have not been able to implement it because it lacks the ability to accommodate our pay structure and invoicing. The standard reporting features are highly lacking and our department heads cannot customize their Admin dashboards.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We still have learners who are technically challenged and have given up on the platform. But, in general, the platform is very easy to use. I didn't know I could add credits to our courses until this February which is causing issues with our learners and department heads, but going forward, it will meet our needs for tracking hours. Being able to define what a credit is (thanks to the support team), so the learner can see it, was wonderful.

 ### 13. Elevates Learning Management with User-Centric Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara A. | Training Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I really enjoy the product road map that Absorb LMS provides and how they listen to their customers, implementing new features that make everything easier for everyone. This enhances both the learner experience and the admin side. I love the transparency they have regarding the features they add, and how they're inspired by customer feedback, which is clearly noted. They also implement AI in an intuitive and meaningful way, avoiding unnecessary integration and supporting this with beta tests. Absorb Academy is a resource for system admins, enabling them to understand and creatively use the platform for different purposes. I also love the access and support we have to our wonderful CSM Tamar Lupo. She has been instrumental in getting us the answers to many of our questions (though with Absorb's great knowledge-base articles, they do great with that too!). She has been really helpful with our questions around edge-cases and how to really customize the platform to meet our needs, and informing us of new feature rollouts and how we can tailor them into our platform. Whenever she may not have an answer to our questions, she makes sure to loop us in directly with the person who does, or does her additional research and comes back with us without any reminders. She's a rockstar!

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I think the growing pain of it is sometimes it's not consistent in how reporting features in the back end work. This is mostly just on the admin side. It doesn't impact the learner experience at all. We're switching things were a bit more consistent and the analyze add-on we have for extra dashboards was a bit more built out.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS solves access issues to training, eliminates scrambling for links, resolves expired links, enables tracking of training completion, and cultivates a learning culture by providing resources for employees.

 ### 14. User-Friendly with Diverse Reporting Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosie A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I think the reporting features of Absorb LMS are great. Their staff has been wonderful, and the software has a lot of diverse functionality, which is useful since we have really different needs depending on the different people in our team. It's working for all of us, which is hard to achieve. Once you start to learn and understand it, I think it's really user-friendly and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I found the contract and billing to be really confusing, and it took a while to figure out. It seemed like it was written in a weird way. There are some things I wish we could set up differently, like having different rules or configurations. Also, the system has some interesting quirks, like with our Rise courses—it's a bummer that we can only see the percentage correct and not the number of attempts on quizzes. The visual presentation is also not as snazzy as I'd like. The landing page could use more graphics and increased functionality to make it look nicer.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS lets us house online training and courses efficiently. It has great reporting features, diverse functionality for our team's different needs, and becomes user-friendly as you learn it.

 ### 15. Absorb LMS: Strong Out-of-the-Box Core LMS with Good ROI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Absorb LMS is a strong platform to use "out of the box" in terms of their Core LMS. We have explored other products in the past from Absorb and, while we have not used any of them in our current implementation, I can see how they would be valuable for other companies or businesses. Absorb has gotten much better at clearly and consistently communicating about updates, changes, patches, and other notes which is a plus. The platform itself may have some hiccups here and there in terms of performance and reliability, but overall, it is consistently available for our customers. While the UX/UI feels a bit dated in the administrator experience, more recent developments are aimed at addressing these issues. There is an active community of administrators who use the Ideas portal to share best practices and tips. I would say that this platform is a good, bordering on great, ROI in terms of pricing and what you get with the Core LMS experience.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

As long-time customers of Absorb LMS, we have been here for the ups and downs of this platform for about 15 years now. During that time, we have worked to implement several of the integrations that were created by Absorb and have had varying levels of success. While this was a challenge, it also gave us the opportunity to build up our own capacity and knowledge on creating custom-build integrations that leverage the API. Support has been overall consistently helpful over the years, with the usual "rocky" instances in more one-off scenarios where our issues did not get addressed to the degree that was warranted. This has largely been corrected in the last 2 years and I can report no continuing issues in this regard. I am seeing more A.I. pop up in the platform, which I suppose is helpful to some extent, although, I have had very little success in getting these tools to understand what I am looking to do/accomplish.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb has served our company well in terms of being a reliable location to store and host our custom-built in-house CE/Contact Hour courses for various healthcare audiences. They have done so at an attractive price and have offered helpful CSMs such as Zoe MacKay & Madelyn Mon Rodriguez over the years who have demonstrated great active listening skills and a willingness to get us connected to the people or resources that we need to solve problems that we encounter.

 ### 16. Intuitive Workflows and Excel-Style Reporting That Boost Admin/Learner Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moushmi M. | Senior Digital Learning and IT Training Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Both the admin-side and learner-side workflows are highly intuitive and straightforward, which makes it easy to navigate the platform and manage tasks efficiently. I especially appreciate the customizable, Excel-style reporting interface, since it supports flexible data views and seamless exporting to Excel or CSV formats. This noticeably strengthens my reporting and analysis capabilities.

The platform is also very well organized when it comes to setting up courses, users, and other features. Its categorical structure makes configuration simpler, and the quick-access tabs at the top are a much more efficient alternative to clicking through multiple layers of course settings. Overall, the design meaningfully improves usability and boosts administrative productivity.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

While the platform offers a wide variety of reporting formats, there is still room to strengthen the reporting capabilities. For instance, department-level reports could be more robust by providing clearer, more detailed insights for all employees in a department; such as how many courses have been completed, are currently in progress, or have not been started.

The mailing system is highly effective overall; however, there are limitations when it comes to customizing certain automated emails, which can reduce flexibility in communication.

In addition, the observation checklist feature has some gaps. For example, learners do not receive email notifications when reviewers provide feedback, which feels like a fundamental function that is currently missing from the LMS.

Overall, when weighing the strengths against the limitations, the advantages clearly outweigh the drawbacks. The issues noted are relatively minor and do not meaningfully affect the platform’s overall effectiveness.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My recent query was about course certificates. We wanted the course type (online course or ILC) to appear as a field on the certificate, but due to system limitations, this isn’t a field we can use on certificates. Instead, I was advised to use the Notes section of the certificate and manually add the course type in the notes for each course so that could reflected on the certificate. This is something I still need to test on our end.

 ### 17. Modern, Easy-to-Manage LMS with Strong Branding and Learning Paths

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Learners can quickly find courses and track their progress, and admins don’t need deep technical skills to manage the content. The interface feels modern, especially compared with many legacy LMS platforms. It’s also easy to fully brand the platform and build structured learning paths for onboarding or ongoing development. I like that you can tailor the learner experience by role, location, or group, which helps keep training relevant.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There’s limited flexibility when it comes to advanced or custom reporting. It’s difficult to pull cross-course information or more complex data sets, and the reporting experience can feel inconsistent or end up requiring a lot of manual work. Some workflows, such as enrollments or scheduling, also feel incomplete. Overall, there are missing features compared with more enterprise-focused LMS platforms, and even some basic tasks still require workarounds.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Our training materials used to live in multiple places (email, SharePoint, live sessions), which made them hard to find and difficult to track. Absorb centralizes all learning content in one platform and standardizes how courses are delivered and accessed.

Problem: Managing enrollments, tracking completions, and handling onboarding manually takes significant time. Absorb automates enrollments, notifications, and reporting, and it syncs with HR systems to streamline user management.

 ### 18. User-Friendly, Customizable LMS with Responsive Support and Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The Absorb LMS platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. The admin and reporting features are versatile, and we appreciate that the system is easily customizable at the admin level. The Absorb support team is friendly and responsive, and the AI help features within the system are also quite helpful. The system performance is reliable and pricing is reasonable - high value for what we are receiving as a product.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There are no downsides that we have noted about Absorb to date.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Absorb, we were using other LMS platforms that offered only cookie cutter features and not easily customized. Absorb is highly customizable and easy to integrate with our other platforms. The reporting features and dashboard functions reduce the level of interpretation needed and reduces administrative work for our company.

 ### 19. New to Absorb LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kailee W. | Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

As a new intern at JEO, I have not had much experience using any LMS systems. When I realized that I was going to start learning Absorb and all of its workings, I was a little worried, but as I have gotten to use the training that our CSM, Maggie Stillman, has recommended to me, I have loved how easy the system is and how many features we can use.

Julie McCandlish and Maggie Stillman are amazing. They both help us with whatever we need and are happy to do so. As someone who is new to the company, they were both so friendly and so happy to answer any questions that I had. I feel confident and excited to continue to learn the Absorb LMS, knowing I have a great support team.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

What we have encountered to be the least helpful about Absorb LMS is some of the reporting features, which we have found a little confusing. Our CSM has been able to help us fix those problems, but we did find the reporting to be confusing at some points.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS is allowing our Learning and Development team to be able to communicate the standards and codes that we hold for ourselves, as employees of JEO, throughout the the entire company in a fast and efficient way.

 ### 20. Fantastic Platform with Supportive Implementation Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara O. | Director of People and Culture, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I love that Absorb LMS is an awesome platform with an implementation team that has been fantastic, patient, helpful, and kind. Their support from day one made us feel prepared to create something amazing for our first training program. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate its ability to integrate easily, which was one of the main reasons we were attracted to Absorb.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

It's a little expensive, and the sales process was pretty pushy.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS helps us develop engaging training programs, tracking completion while ensuring consistency across our company. The implementation team was fantastic and supportive, helping us get started successfully.

 ### 21. Transformative Learning Management with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marla Y. | Learning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Absorb LMS plays a key role as our Chief of Problem Solving by being integral to our training process from start to finish. I find it amazing because it can curate and add external vendor content, which allows me to blend them seamlessly into cohesive learning paths tailored for specific roles, teams, or branches. The ability to build and customize curricula results in impactful, relevant learning experiences. I love the robust and easy-to-use reporting and tracking that lets me monitor progress and development across the organization. The design tool, Create, is intuitive for authoring training from scratch, requires no real learning curve, and allows me to version courses in another language with high-quality auto-generated native voices. I also appreciate Create's responsiveness, excellent media integration, and superb audio tools. Furthermore, I receive immediate and superb support from the Absorb LMS team whenever I encounter design challenges.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The interface for setting up reports is frustrating at times because the drop down is tiny and the options, like save/delete buttons, appear for a short time, making it tricky to work with. For Create, I wish there were more tools added to the fonts, like smaller and different bullet points and a color picker similar to Photoshop, to boost creativity.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS helps me manage training for a distributed workforce, ensuring tracking and audit readiness. It allows me to customize learning paths and monitor progress. It's integral for onboarding and solving operational training challenges.

 ### 22. Robust Admin Tools and Flexible Authoring in Absorb LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** bhavna v. | video content creator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I really love how robust the admin interface of Absorb LMS is. As an LMS administrator, I often have very specialised needs around compliance courses and mandatory training, and it consistently covers those requirements. The built-in authoring tool is also a great add-on—it lets my creativity run wild, while still offering enough templates and AI support for the days when I need to build courses quickly.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I’d love to see more AI involvement in course creation, with the authoring process automated for me.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to find an LMS that could meet our authoring needs, manage annual compliance requirements, and still provide mindful, high-quality upskilling courses. With Absorb Content, Absorb Create, and their powerful LMS, we finally found a complete solution in one package.

 ### 23. Streamlined Learning with Exceptional Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I appreciate Absorb LMS for many reasons. The automated enrollment and reminder emails are really helpful, as they save my team a lot of time by automatically enrolling new hires into the right learning paths. I also love the advanced reporting features, which simplify things with 'set it up and forget it' reports that just keep coming without manual effort. The transcript visibility for all employees ensures transparency, and the Manager Hub is a game changer by giving managers insights into their team's learning progress and the chance to be involved in their development goals. Additionally, the ability to create roles and permissions based on our needs allows for more tailored usage. The user-friendly interface on both the front and back end just simplifies learning programs for us. The initial setup was incredibly easy, which I found impressive based on my past experiences with LMS implementations.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I would love to see the Together module included in the package price. It's such a great module, but the price is nearly 1/3 of what we're paying already. I'd also love to see easier 'click and point' reporting features that managers could use.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS automates new hire enrollment, saving manual hours in compliance training and course tracking. It offers 'set and forget' reporting and a user-friendly interface, simplifying learning programs. The Manager Hub gives insights into training and supports team development.

 ### 24. Versatile Courses and Flexible Enrollment Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam L. | LMS Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I enjoy the versatility of the courses. The ability to modify enrollment options, email notifications, document uploads and the shape of the course itself is really useful.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

Some of the features are difficult to understand. I would say that without the training I received I wouldn't be able to effectively manipulate the Global Resources options or the user groups.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb has given our company a standardized certification upload platform to track career path opportunities and skill achievements. It gives HR easy visibility on required trainings and creates a method to add accountability to both managers and employees. I am the administrator and it's been really nice to have options to present when departments are looking for solutions.

 ### 25. Easy to use platform with great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassie D. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The system is easy to use. If I can't figure something out by just trying, the help articles on the support site provide the information. Or when I need a person, my CSM, Jason Sparkes, is good about walking me through it.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

Every system has its limitations, so I don't always find that everything works exactly as I want it to. But there is an ideas portal where you can post and upvote other users' ideas for improvements. I have seen a lot of new features and small adjustments to the system just in the last year that have made it easier to use or help create better modules.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Absorb for our LMS has created a more professional and consistent routine for training in our company. The Create feature makes it easy to build comprehensive modules that engage the learner instead of just reading through slides. And the LMS features make it easy to track learners and help them with user issues. I'm able to build sets of courses that are automatically assigned to new hires and schedule enrollments for days I'm not even working.

 ### 26. Tamar saves the day!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody M. | Learning and Development Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I have worked in Oracle and SAP SuccessFactors prior to working in Absorb and I can say that the user interface and interactive components that allow you to seamlessly transition throughout the courses and enrollments are beneficial. The customer support from Tamar also ade it an easy transition.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I am not thrilled about the Analyze feature, but I hear that is getting a well needed update.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working through our enrollment issues with Tamar to ensure confidence in automatic enrollments and also scheduled enrollments through imports. The system is making it easier for us to define fields to which to enroll our staff accurately.

 ### 27. A solid LMS that keeps getting better!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie B. | Service Education and Training Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Absorb has a clean, intuitive navigation for the user and the admin, both, which helps since I use it multiple times a day. There are ways to do almost anything you would need to do to provide courses and curriculum to groups of people. The customization is really helpful and robust, with each toggle and option clearly describing the outcome. The support has continually improved since implementation - now it is within a few hours!

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There aren't any big things I dislike about Absorb. Little things we noticed shortly after implementation have been addressed with updates and new feature releases.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to have a single place for all our learners to access training content, no matter the type, with a single login. We have internal learners that need to track completion for certification requirements, and we are expanding to host end customer training through eCommerce and enrollment keys. Having the option to manage all of this in one system makes it so much more efficient!
Our other problem that Absorb has helped us solve is better access to training data. We've been able to have comprehensive data on all our learners, courses, and other metrics. In addition, Absorb has made it possible for us to give specific reporting and enrollment capabilities to our business partners, so each location has one or more administrators. Saves us a ton of time in manipulating data and reports to send out each month to all 25 of these business partners.

 ### 28. Professional, Intuitive LMS—But Pricey and Reporting Dashboards Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Solid and professional LMS. It is very good at serving content to users and makes it easy to make it look good. The UX is generally intuitive for end users. We've had strong up-time performance. The customer support team has been really good.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

It is expensive. We are a small non-profit and the cost model for us is going to make it difficult to achieve our business objectives.

The user reporting features are not very good. Dashboards are very basic and don't look as professional as we'd like. To make a professional report, s, we export the data and use a separate software package.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team creates very customized content that is not available elsewhere. Absorb is pretty close to turn-key to allowing us to focus on content creation and not worry too much about the IT behind the LMS.

 ### 29. User-Friendly for Admins, Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I use Absorb LMS for video content, certifications, and course learning for our team members. I appreciate how we're able to get the correct learning content out to the correct team members in a timely manner. As an Admin, I like how user-friendly the back end is to use. The user experience is nicely laid out for team members.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I would like to see easier integrations with other systems. This may not fully be an Absorb item, but could also rely on the 3rd party system being easier to connect. More out of the box integrations and flexibility would make Absorb easier to connect & scale.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS helps us deliver the correct learning content to team members promptly. As an Admin, I like the user-friendly back end. The user experience is well laid out for team members.

 ### 30. Great Customer Service While Exploring the Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I think customer service is great; the rest of the things I am still exploring on the tool. Tamar is great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The assignment feature is a bit confusing on LMS. Assigning home work as part of the training should be more user friendly which it is not now currently. Also, at times we have to add pre and post assessments to our trainings which may not be mandatory. But lately, I found out with customer service executive that the assessments can only be mandatory. Hence we will have to do these assessments outside of Absorb.
Third thing is course evaluation: I have not been able to find a way to edit the course questions hence, we are doing this externally.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uploading courses of all types and integrations with other platforms like LinkedIn Learning.

 ### 31. Unmatched LMS Experience with Intuitive Design and Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Learning System Expert International, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

There is a lot. From Usermanagement orlook and feel and layout optimization possibilities to the genereal training features like instructor led courses or course bundles / curriculums. Everything is realised really easily with absorb.
In my opinion its not comparable to any other LMS on the market.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There are still some things in absorb which could eed some work or rethinking. But even here, i cant really complain since the feedback / request or update release process is extremely transparent. Especially thanks to the close guidance of our client success manager Sharon.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb is solving Problems before there are problems. Since we implemented Absorb, it became really easy for us to just upload courses and provide them to our learners. With our old system we had before Absorb, there were constant problems with datatypes of the courses, courses in different languages, the individual visibility of courses by teams, or learners and many more. All of that is totally intuitiv with Absorb and doesnt pose a challenge at all.

 ### 32. We love absorb! Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany C. | Talent Acquisition and Development Manager , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

DelMonte Hotel Group relies on Absorb as a central component of our training and development strategy. We utilize the platform for onboarding new hires, management development, and annual compliance training. One significant business challenge that Absorb helped us solve was the need for a unified, consistent, and easily trackable learning environment for all our associates. Since we operate locations in five different states, being able to monitor compliance across our workforce was essential. Before implementing the platform, we depended on a mix of training resources such as BizLibrary, YouTube, and documents stored on local drives. Now, having all our training materials consolidated in one place has greatly simplified the onboarding and training process for our managers.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I had never built or managed an LMS platform before, but I find this one to be very user-friendly and able to handle almost everything I need—about 98% of my requirements. We've been using the system for nearly a year now, and one of the main challenges I faced with the reporting tool has already been addressed and improved through an update.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DelMonte Hotel Group uses absorb as a core part of our training and development strategy. We use the platform for new hire training, management training, and annual compliance training.
One business problem Absorb addressed for us was the need for a centralized, consistent, and trackable learning environment for all our associates. We operate locations across five different states and have the platform track compliance of our associates learning was key. Prior to the platform we were using several different training methods such as bizlibary, YouTube, and documents saved on a local drive. Having all the training in one place now makes the onboarding and training processes so much easier for our managers.

 ### 33. Flexible, Content-Rich Platform with Strong Custom Branding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The flexibility of the system is great and the Absorb library which has a huge amount of content which covers every area of training suitable for all industries. The customisation of the system is also a great benefit to align the system with our own branding, giving it a slick look and feel.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There are some automation processes which are limiting as the rules, particularly on system messaging, to apply are more inclusive than exclusive. The branding functionality is also extremely technical, meaning it wasn't user-friendly for us as we don't have an internal team to support with this.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb is providing the business with on-demand training courses, this gives our employees the opportunity to upskill and become more informed on a range of topics as and when it suits them. Absorb has also supported us with ensuring employees have, at minimum, a baseline level of knowledge on topics such as AI.

 ### 34. Versatile LMS with Room for Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hans P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I like that Absorb LMS has the ability to pull courses from a large library and also allows us to create our own courses. This feature is great because it lets us find relatable courses for each topic, and allows us to tailor our training content specifically for our company's unique needs, which enhances the credibility of our offerings. I also want to add that support is always fast and very eager to help. Our client success person Tamar Lupo has been very helpful in us learning how to use the system better and improve adoption across the board.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The integration with our Workday isn't as seamless as promised. When changes happen, like teammates returning from leave, it doesn't automatically update in Absorb LMS. The initial setup was somewhat difficult, and we're still learning the system.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS allows me to pull relatable courses from a large library and create specific ones, boosting the credibility of our company-specific training.

 ### 35. Effortless Learning Management with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie L. | LMS Administrator , Restaurants, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I enjoy Absorb’s easy ease of use and ability to intergrate with other products such as Teams and ADP to nake a few. The platform makes managing learning content really easy and simple. Their Helpdesk Team is very responsive and dedicated to helping find solutions. My CSM, Maggie Stillman is amazing! She is always up for a challenge and makes time to help get things done. The entire CSM team is knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I enjoy the partnership.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I would love to see a scored Observation Checklist. That would be my only feedback at this time.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb is helping us grow our company through alignment and training. Through Learn Campero, our branded Absorb LMS, we’re able to place our training resources in one location for both restaurant and our support center teams. This consistency allows us to align learning content with company goals, culture, and our operational standards. Our LMS is seen as a source of truth in our company. The platform makes tracking completions easy. As a result, we’re building a bridge across the company where we are creating a culture of continuous learning and growth opportunities for our teams.

 ### 36. Intuitive, Easy-to-Use LMS with Seamless Authoring Tool Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Absorb is an intuitive, easy to use LMS. It has a seamless integration with course authoring tools, and provides a user friendly learner experience. For the price, it offers a nice breadth of functions.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The reporting features are manual and limited, unless you purchase the additional Analytics package. Data can be extracted, but it is a manual process achieved by running and combining multiple reports which is time consuming.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb provides a central location of training material, controlling versions, and an easy way to managers to see how their employees are doing with assignments and completions without asking LD for an update.

 ### 37. Easy to Use for Learners and Admins, with Handy Impersonation Feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I like the ease of use from both the learner and admin experiences. My favorite feature is the impersonate functionality. It allows me to verify a department it correctly setup before allowing the customer access.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The downside to the Absorb LMS is the amount of setup it can take to upload a course, resources, or new users. It would be nice if I could easily duplicate rules and features when uploading new items, specifically resources. It takes me WAY too long to upload resources because I have to start fresh for every resource.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have presented the issue of uploading resources to our CRM but they were not aware of any current fixes.

 ### 38. Amazing Onboarding Support and an Easy-to-Navigate Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The onboarding support was amazing and guided us through the entire process. After the in-person onboarding, any requests for assistance have been answered promptly and with helpful information. Overall, the platform is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There are a few limitations. For example, they don’t really have a great way to search for courses or users. Even a simple search bar where you can type and search would be a big improvement.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a new LMS that was easy to brand and set up without needing to be a technical expert, since we have a cross-functional team using it.

 ### 39. Intuitive, Easy-to-Navigate Interface and Great Client Success Manager support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick H. | LMS Administrator & Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The user interface is intuitive and easy for users to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

The pricing on modules is expensive and cause my company to pass on adding to base application.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb Account Client Success Manager along with Absorb Data Integration Team are quick to respond and provide expertise assistance with selecting and implementing interfaces from our Membership Teams to the LMS.

 ### 40. User-Friendly Platform with Integration Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pradnya D. | Delivery Lead - CRM

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I think Absorb LMS is quite user-friendly, not only from the admin perspective but also for learners. Admins can very easily and comfortably program the courses, set up the rules, and manage the data related to the courses and activities. From the learners' feedback, we've seen that they found the platform to be pretty straightforward, clean, and neat. They know exactly where to go and what to find, which makes it user-friendly. Additionally, the inclusion of quizzes and other gamification functionalities, along with the offering of credits, makes the platform interesting for customers, encouraging them to return for more courses. The straightforward setup process, except for some specific compliance and privacy policies, also stood out for me.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

One thing that has been challenging is the integration with Veeva PromoMats. We store all our technical information in a Veeva Vault, and each course content has to be approved there before being transferred to Absorb. Unfortunately, the integration hasn't worked so far, creating a lot of manual effort for admins to download approved material from one platform and upload it to the other. Also, the number of available custom fields, which is 25, 35, or 45, isn't sufficient for us moving forward. Additionally, there are specific compliance and privacy policies that we couldn't handle within Absorb, and those have been open issues for more than two years.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS helps us train our global customers efficiently before launching products. It's user-friendly for admins and learners, making course management and navigation easy. Different features like gamification and credits keep learners engaged.

 ### 41. Modern, Agile, Rich Learning Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy S. | Sr. Manager Enablement and Training, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

It’s been nearly four years since we became part of the Absorb family, and the experience has truly been remarkable. The level of customer-focused sales and support that Absorb offers is exceptional and not something you can simply purchase elsewhere. Compared to other LMS platforms I’ve used, Absorb stands out in several ways. The user experience is intuitive, allowing learners to engage with content easily and efficiently. For administrators, there is a wealth of features designed to enhance the user experience even further. The Admin Experience streamlines daily tasks, and the robust reporting tools provide managers with valuable insights into learner performance, which helps guide engagement strategies and ultimately improves the effectiveness of training.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

It is difficult to find faults with Absorb, as it is constantly being updated and enhanced with new features on a regular basis.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS provides us a modern, agile training management platform to help us realize the benefits of just-in-time learning, skill and knowledge assessment, and improved insights into learner performance.

 ### 42. Easy to Use as an Admin, with Powerful Features to Grow Into

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

Absorb is easy to learn and use as an admin, and I think it’s also straightforward for most learners. Recently, I’ve been reengaged as the primary admin for our organization, and I’m realizing we’ve barely scratched the surface of what Absorb can do, especially with the Create feature. My goal this year is to become a “super” admin and start taking advantage of more features, including Create.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I have had trouble with utilizing outside courses the last few months, but this has been an issue with our course supplier. My only complaint is that it would be nice if Absorb support could provide additional help here; maybe looking at the backend/development side to see if they can identify where the issue might be coming from and offer a potential solution or next step.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing needed compliance to both internal and external users - here it provides me and other staff (not LMS admins) with automatic reports and tracking. Additionally, Absorb is integrated with both our staff management program and volunteer management program, which offers a seamless connection for all our internal and external constituents.

 ### 43. Custom Course Creation & Publication - Backed by Responsive, Knowledgeable Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The ability to build custom lessons via Create to include our photos, icons, templates along with branding such as colors, fonts, formatting, etc. Also appreciate the support - both Absorb Academy and human support with the LMS and Create experts. They have been accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

There is some inflexibility w/in Create in terms of adding voiceover to video, favoriting icons, and categorizing media. It is a very complex platform. The learning curve is steep, yet the support has been great!

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know what Absorb in working to solve presently.

 ### 44. Smooth and User-Friendly Learning Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candace R. | Communications and Training Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

What I like best about Absorb LMS is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is—both from an admin and learner perspective. The interface is clean and customizable, which makes it easy to organize content and track learner progress. I also really appreciate the reporting tools—they're robust but not overly complicated, which helps when sharing data with stakeholders. Plus, the customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about Absorb LMS. The platform has been intuitive and reliable, and it’s met all of my needs up to this point. I’m still exploring all of its features, but my experience has been positive overall.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS is helping streamline our training process by centralizing all learning content in one accessible platform. It solves the problem of inconsistent training delivery and manual tracking by automating course assignments, completions, and reporting. This not only saves time but also ensures our team stays compliant and up to date with minimal administrative effort. It’s made training more efficient, scalable, and easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

I find Absorb LMS to be a very robust IT system with a good infrastructure. It's well thought out and works effectively for whatever needs arise. I like how easy it is to use and the good implementation team really made the setup process easy, even though it does take some time. The initial setup was very easy, guided by an implementation manager who made everything simple.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

I have yet to see that, still need time to learn the system and work out the bugs.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Absorb LMS for safety training and onboarding, ensuring new hires have baseline knowledge. It centralizes training and handles safety documentation efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

It is a bit pricey but we are hoping that we get what we pay for and we will see the ROI on the tools very soon.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to house our onboarding and learning and development in one place, track progress and learning and measure impact of the learning that is happening on our teams.

 ### 47. My Awesome Onboarding with Tom!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosetta B. | LMS Specalist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

First and foremost, the great client success manager that assisted me was amazingggg!! Thanks Tom

What I like best about Absorb LMS is its clean, user friendly interface and easy navigation. The most helpful feature is the dashboard, which tracks progress, sends reminders, and keeps our learners up to date on things by utilizing the Billboard feature. Upsides include flexibility, accessibility on any device, and powerful reporting tools that help both learners and administrators monitor performance and enhance the overall training experience. Additionally, Absorb LMS supports interactive learning through our self paced course, videos, and assessments, making it engaging and efficient. The system’s automation features save time for administrators by managing enrollments, certifications, and updates seamlessly. Its integration capabilities with other tools also make it ideal for our organization here at Aarons aiming to streamline training, track outcomes, and promote continuous learning within a well structured and motivating digital environment.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

What I dislike about Absorb LMS is that while it’s generally user friendly, some functions can be confusing or take multiple steps to complete. The least helpful aspect is the limited customization available for course layouts and reporting, which can restrict how information is displayed or tracked. Additionally, some users experience slow load times, especially when accessing larger courses or data heavy reports.

The administrative settings can also feel overwhelming for new users due to the number of options and configurations. Another downside is that communication tools, such as messaging or discussion features, could be more interactive. Overall, while Absorb LMS is efficient and organized, it would benefit from greater flexibility, faster performance, and improved customization for both learners and administrators.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS solves the problem of disorganized and inefficient training by centralizing all learning materials in one easy to access platform. It streamlines course management, automates tracking, and ensures learners stay on schedule with reminders and progress updates. This benefits me by saving time, improving consistency in training, and making it easier to access courses anytime, anywhere. The reporting tools also provide valuable insights into performance, helping identify strengths and areas for improvement. Additionally, Absorb LMS eliminates the need for manual recordkeeping, reduces administrative workload, and supports continuous learning through structured, engaging modules. Overall, it enhances productivity, promotes accountability, and creates a seamless learning experience that supports both individual growth and organizational success.

 ### 48. A dependable LMS for structured training delivery

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

One of the aspects of Absorb LMS that we liked was how intuitive and flexible the platform is from an administrator's perspective. Creating and managing courses is straightforward, the ability to structure content into clear modules and upload a wide range of learning objects such as video's, PDFs, SCORM packages and checklist all in one place.

The built-in AI is particularly good in supporting content creation and streamlining administrative tasks. It helps to reduce the time required to develop learning materials and will give you a good base to build your training on.

From a performance perspective, the system has been reliable, even when managing multiple courses and user. This has been important in maintaining a smooth experience for both administrators and learners.

A clear stand out was the support provided by our Absorb Client Success Manager which was exemplary. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us learn the Absorb system as well as helping us to launch the platform to the business.

Overall, Absorb LMS is reliable and easy to use platform that supports the consistent delivery of training across the organisation.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

At this stage, there is nothing significant that stands out as a concern. We are still early in our journey with Absorb LMS, so there may be areas for improvement that become more apparent as we continue to embed the platform and expand its use across the organisation.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Absorb LMS has helped us move away from paper based training processes and transition to a more efficient, digital approach. This has improved accessibility and consistency, particularly for our workforce operating in remote areas across Australia where access to training can be limited.

The platform also allows us to deliver more engaging content by incorporating videos, images and interactive elements rather than relying on text based materials. This has made training more practical, easier to understand and better aligned with how our teams learn on the job.

 ### 49. Great Support, But UI and Reporting Need to Be More User-Friendly

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

The support. They always answer the phone immediately and provide me with a resolution or at least point me in the right direction.

Teams integration was seamless but I wish it gave us more customization.

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

User Interface is competent but not up to standard. A better interface is hidden behind a paywall which is not very consumer friendly, specially when the pricing is almost the same as the product itself.

From an admin side, the site works well. But if somebody it's not tech saavy, some of the reporting is not user friendly. I constantly get calls about how to use the product.

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am being helped with some of the old curriculum that needs to be re-imported. This hopefully fixes a lot of issues for us.

 ### 50. Endless Customisation, Worth the Initial Learning Curve!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim M. | Learning & Development Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Absorb LMS?**

There's so much functionality that you can pretty much do anything with the software, to create a fully customisable platform! The guides are very helpful and our implementation manager Cliodhna was amazing! No question she couldn't answer!

**What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?**

Initially there felt like a lot to learn, which was a bit overwhelming, but once I started using the software it got much easier and I realised I did understand what I was doing!

**What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted an LMS with more scope to personalise and brand the themes and content. Our current LMS is very basic and therefore less engaging for teams using it. There is so much more scope to personalise Absorb which makes it feel more engaging and 'us', but also the functionality in terms of making the content is incredible, we can do so much more and it takes much less time to get things looking really impactful.
