Supposedly, 8x8 CPaaS solution is all about flexibility possibilities. Since I will capitalize on multiple communication channels such as SMS, voice calls, and chat, I can integrate my developed applications with ease. This saves time and frustration with it being possible to create personalized experiences of customers and to make communication easier across lots of different platforms. Although 8x8 CPaaS has quite a lot of useful features, making it operational is not the most convenient task to do. The very beginning of my journey was a bit hard to walk through, so I spent an enormous amount of my time listening to the descriptions and explanations of the platform and how it can work and benefit my apps.
