What do you like best about 800.com?

I love that I can accept text messages via 800.com. It's been vital for my business. I also love the easy-to-use dashboard. I can quickly see all the phonecalls, all the text messages, it's wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The downsides are that not all websites or companies will recognize the phone number as "text worthy". Although I recieve text messages, some companies need to update to recognize the number as SMS capable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

800.com has been a blessing for my small business. It has all the features to help my company feel larger and to help create trust with my customers. It is very easy to set up and takes no technical skills at all. You can check you voicemails conviently from your email and it also allows for texting customers. Overall I could not be more pleased. I am not sure there really is a downside except for the feeling that 800 numbers do not have the same importance today as in years past Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish they had an option for an extension to be info only, but you can make it work by just having a straight to voicemail extension and making the voicemail extension have silence after the message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
