What do you like best about 800.com?

The updated and simplified website is very navigation friendly. I also love that when I send an email to support@800.com, it is resolved within an average of 1 hour! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I would prefer to be more hands on but I do appreciate the help. Also I would prefer to pay my bills as far a a year in advance or longer but I don't believe that's an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having an 800 number is convenient and gives our company a professional look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The price has increased significantly since we first purchased out 800 number, and it was done so without our consent and simply auto-renewed. Now that our signs and marketing all have this 800 number associated with it we are forced to stay with this number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no way to filter out SPAM phone calls. I add them to the block number list but they keep calling back on a different number. They generate a blank voice mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the phone system works perfectly and fax it's so easy and practical to send and receive. And whether I get a call or a fax, notification is immediately. The same when sending a fax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
