As a national healthcare consultant, and moving between states often, I need to remain connected with my clients. What do you dislike about 800.com?

I do NOT want to be emailed copies of voice mails left by callers. In fact, I do NOT want 800.com to collect voicemails at all. I want my cell company to record voicemails, where I can see and listen as I choose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Phone lagging. In the beginning I wasnt able to make calls but its since been fixed. Ii haven't had an issue since Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best thing is being ale rto make call on my mobile device. Since covid we arent in the office as much so being able to have contact on the go is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

I really enjoy the interface and the automated messages. We have really enjoyed what this service has been able to bring to our Recycling program. I'm sure we use the service in an orthodox way but it works very well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I think it was time difference related but it did take a little while to get a response for the support team. Once we did get a response they were very helpful and made sure that we had our issue fixed. The only recommendation I would have is the ability to save and or delete old voicemails that way you can keep better track of the those you may have missed. Recommendations to others considering 800.com:

My story with 800.com is a bit out of the box but they have meet all of out needs. We are a recycling company and we recently started a Styrofoam Drop Off Center. We use 800.com by having local residents call and schedule drop off of their material via the "hotline" as we call it. We have seen a great deal of success and are looking to expand to other cities. This wouldn't have been possible without 800.com and I personally would not look any further when using a service like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has allowed our staff to be free from the phones allowing them to analyze which calls are important and allowing them to focus on new business. I used to answer calls all day long and now I can screen them or check on the voicemails left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
