What do you like best about 800.com?

Have been using them for about 6 years. Prices are fair and the service fine. The few times I've spoken with anyone the issue was handled. I'd happily refer anyone to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Nothing really. They did have a rate increase but we were able to adjust my plan for my budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Low/reasonable monthly fees

- Simple to use website

- Humans are available when you need to reach them
