Unable to set or control the number of rings the incoming call. If I can not reach my phone in 3 rings, it disconnects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

We ordered a 800 number but apparently I chose the wrong plan as the plan on our end was to port the number out to our provider. Firstly creating an account and finding a number were both very easy. When we submitted a port request two customer folks reached out Matt and Glenn and told me where the initial sign-up issue occured and help me et the porting completed and any refunds due processed. What was most helpful was that you can customize verbally or numerically your toll-free number. We used the Call Routing and Auto Attendant tools. Much more flexible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customers may feel that an 800 number is not as personal as a direct number, but we always gave a direct number after the initial call. Can't think of any improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Makes our company appear larger than it is because of the 855 number the service works perfectly every time there's never an issue I highly recommend to anybody looking to have a call a service for multiple phones in a business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
