What do you like best about 800.com?

It was so easy to set up the initial toll-free number and get it then hooked into our SMS system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I wish I got monthly invoice receipts directly via email each month, but it's still easy enough to log in and download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No need for hardware. Ability to forward extensions to cell phones. Pricing.

Inability to respond to inbound texts from the interface.

Wish they would come down on the price a little bit or come up with a TXT-only plan. We really only use this service for texting customers anyways since in this day in age not many people check their voicemails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clients rarly answer unknown numbers or check voicemails. We got around this by using the TXT feature 800.com provides. Now our customers see our txt about an upcoming appointment they have and will call back our office quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
