What do you like best about 800.com?

Love being able to work throughout the state and not be tied to a geographic location. It's easy to set up and use. It also allows you to receive and make calls from your mobile without giving out your mobile number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

The services offered by 800.com have been greatly beneficial for our business. Having business calls routed to individual cell phone numbers without exposing personal phone numbers online is essential for us, and having a professional-looking phone number for customers to call is great. What do you dislike about 800.com?

There have been a couple of times that we didn't realize our call-forwarding was not working until someone called a different office number, but it has always been resolved in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

They have very comparable rates to other 800 services and I was able to find all of my customized numbers with the prefix that I wanted. Excellent customer service as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Not so much a dislike but a challenge getting my messages forwarded to my cell phone and properly setting up a VM. But I got it done. Not enough od an inconvenience to change service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

What was most useful here was the quick turnaround to verification and integration with an SMS auto-reply platform that we were using for a client's recruitment campaign. The client was getting pressure from franchisees, and our ability to incorporate this into a media campaign was positive news to deliver back to the client. What do you like best about 800.com?

Every time I've called, I've been supported by patient, courteous representatives. It has put my mind at ease. Sometimes you sign up for programs and get zero help- I was apprehensive initially. Still, I am so pleased I have no worries about running into difficulty or needing help upgrading or adding services and not reaching anyone or having to wait an excessive amount of time to be contacted.
