What do you like best about 800.com?

Very happy with how easy to setup and use the platform is. Our needs are pretty basic but it fits those needs perfectly and we have never had any issues with downtime, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I wish pricing was a little better. Currently our pricing is, I believe, a bit high for what we receive. Other than that I don't have any negative feedback to give. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Offering our customers a 1-800 phone number they can call. I believe having a 1-800 phone number is a better experience for the customers as they would not have to pay to call the phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

What do you like best about 800.com?

Really easy to change where the 800 number forwards. The user interface at 800.com is well-designed and easy to figure out. The actual operation is simple and its easy to get reports, payment history, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Honestly nothing. We've really had no issues using 800.com and we will continue to use them for all of our 800 number needs. As we need additional 800 numbers, we just add them to our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

800.com allows us to have an 800 for our customers, as well as in our industry we are regulatorily required to have an 800 number. 800.com allows us to get these 800 numbers but forward them to our VOIP numbers within our company phone system, meaning we still have full control over forwarding, auto-attendant, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

I signed up for a vanity number never ended up using it. I did not realize that I was paying for it and never once thought about the cost monthly. After a few months, I saw the charge on my credit card and called customer service to have the charge removed. I fully expected an argument or some debate that it was my fault for not canceling the phone but no, they were amazing. No questions asked. They simply removed the charge and asked me if there was anything else they could do for me.

One additional item I really liked about this company is they offer text to speech on their platform. Very impressive.
