I was able to select my own number from a wide range of options and area codes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Cost is way too high. I am not able to get desktop notifications. the app continuously freezes and does not work most times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use interface, easy to use mobile app, effective features, full service, reasonable price, easy to sign up and manage, easy to upgrade or purchase additional numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Need to make it easier to cancel a service or subscription. I would prefer to have an option that is pay per minute used vs having to purchase a set number of minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Very simple, not complicated, everything is very accessible; faxing and receiving faxes are a no brainer. Doesn't matter if it's my laptop or my mobile phone, or receiving alerts that I've received a fax, or making phone calls through the actual 800 number it's quick and easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

There's nothing I don't like about the company, it was easy to sign up they gave me an 800 number and a fax number within minutes, their billing is comfortable, and if you're late a couple of days they just send a couple of emails to remind you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Number one, it's always good to have an 800 number for your business, but it's also great from my mobile phone or from my laptop to be able to call from that 800 number, and it shows up to my client's phone. It also solves all the on-the-go and on-the-fly scenarios when I need to fax a PDF to my client. Of course, having all my phone logs and fax logs available at my fingertips is always a plus. What do you like best about 800.com?

We were looking for very specific vanity numbers and 800.com was the only place that we found what we were looking for with plenty of good options. Their rates are very reasonable & the platform is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to hear my voice mail from anywhere anytime as long as I am able to check my email.

It would be great if it was free lol! Seriously, it is a great service. I have had it for years without regret or desire to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can get voice mails real time via email with a link to hear the audio.
