What do you like best about 800.com?

The convenience of having calls directed to multiple numbers and the online user interface. Setting up the voicemail, and changing the phone numbers to which business calls get rerouted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

To distinguish between business calls and personal calls I have to set the setting to where the business phone number pops up in the caller ID but then I can't tell who is calling at that moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I solve the problem of having a toll-free number for the company. The benefit is that I can have a business phone call rerouted to any number I need to. Business performance has not increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
