I really like that I can receive TEXT MESSAGES, and I was able to tailor my 800 phone number to my business name EPIC. Whenever I have a question or concerns in CHAT I receive a quick response to my email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

800.com made it a super simple process to search for a phone number that would work for us and even easier to start using it. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the number I wanted, I could immediately set up forwarding for the number online. They even called and emailed me afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if I had any questions. A very friendly company that I will continue to use in the future! I don't have many downsides to think about with 800.com. I did run into one issue when purchasing my 800 number, though. When I got to the payment page, it kept giving me an error message so I had to call. They told me to just buy any other number and then they'd assign the one I wanted, which is what I did.
