What do you like best about 800.com?

It gives me a number to receive emails on incoming calls and voicemails. It also prevents scam calls which can waste my time. The cost has been low and reasonable annually, which is great for small businesses and startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I am unsure how to link it to a CRM or if it is possible without conflicts as the company grows. While this is my organization but it is still worth the value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Very easy to use Phone System. I was able to set up a number, make it do what I needed it to do. It was very intuitive and I didn't have to be digging through documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The 800 number took a bit to be ready to use. I wish it was available instantly. I am not too sure why that is because other services I used in the past like Twilio allow for instant set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking numbers for Marketing campaigns. Now I can divide the calls per interest and see how productive my marketing campaigns are. We just started using it but I love the organization it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Ease of use for phone and fax. It also keeps track of items sent for review at a later date. Also, I like that I am notified if a fax or call comes into my email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I don't like the fax cover sheets. It does not write what I put into the fax. I would like it if someone from the company would call me to correct my fax issues. Might it be something I'm doing wrong? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly the ease of use. I like the paperless aspect of the fax number and the sending of documents via fax. I like the ease of use of the 800 number for my clients, and the number is forwarded to my cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

We were able to get a much-needed 800 number within minutes for our patient care hotline. When we came across an issue we did not understand, their support was friendly and attentive to a quick resolution. The call analytics are beneficial with our multiple locations. We can see how many calls, duration and where our staff are receiving and making them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
