What do you like best about 800.com?

I had never purchased an 800 number before, so I didn't know what to expect. 800.com was really easy for a novice like me to make the purchase quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

There really wasn't anything I disliked, but if I had to think of something, I wish there was a bit more clarity on what I would do with the number to port it to Nextiva. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Really appreciated how quick and easy the search tool was. We wanted a particular number and it came up fairly fast. The site was able to guide us through the buying process with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Enjoyed the entire process outside of the wait for the number to be activated. Was hoping to have it ready in 24 hours and it took 3 business days to ring live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Great Service. Helps with the flow of our inbouns calls. The best part is that the voicemails are sent to us via email so we never lose track of them. It helps us immensely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

We sometimes use 800.com to send faxes. Their interface for sending out faxes isn't the greatest, but at the same time we don't use too often, so I really can't complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
