What do you like best about 800.com?

I love how easy set up was, the ability to get the vanity number we wanted, call forwarding and voicemail recording. I also love the transcription feature so I can know what the call is in regards to before giving them a call back and also not having to interrupt anything that is going on around me. What do you like best about 800.com?

You can find vanity numbers. The feature that I was looking for that other competitors didn't have is the Vanity numbers. I was able to see what options were available based on the numbers I chose and also what the prices would be based on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The interface is not the greatest or the most technologically advanced, but it gets the job done. One other thing that I don't like is that people can send you a text but you can't reply (probably user error) OR that it costs additional to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a toll-free number. It also has vanity numbers that are easy to remember because you can use letters to spell out your numbers. My performance hasn't increased, but I def get people calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the past couple of years I've used it and put it in advertisements online and on radio commercials, I have only received one phone call! I also get calls for another company - a fishing company in MN. It' annoying - how do we have the same phone #? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

It was very easy to get set up and go with the number. Excellent interface that is very intuitive and quick to navigate. Also, like how you can add voicemails that sound very professional and are easy to edit and adjust for business hours. The cost is a little high, but again you do get a lot of features that the competitors don't have so it is a give and take. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 800.com?

800.com gave a lot of versatility. We were able to forward our customer support number to a third party vendor, create messages, and manage call flow. It was great to use as we were opening up our customer support for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

There wasn't a way to use the number when calling out. So, when we had to return a phone call to a customer, we had to display our personal number or use a Google number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
