What do you like best about 6sense Revenue AI for Sales?

We have 6sense integrated into our Salesforce and it's one of the first things I check in the morning (after email and Slack of course). I am able to tailor my prospecting approach and messaging based on what pages companies are visiting. They always say "timing, territory, talent" well this is the timing portion right here of your prospecting journey. Easy to use and get setup, and customer service is always on point. I have found leads that were misassigned or lost somewhere by going on 6sense where it pops up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Revenue AI for Sales?

Sometimes I get some false positives (maybe people working from the same location makes it show up as another company, not sure). Buying stages don't seem to make much of a difference in booking a meeting and a lot of it is pretty irrelevant to me in contrast to the time they focus on it in the application. With a large account patch it can be tough to know who is currently potentially in exploratory phases, so 6sense helps narrow that down significantly and helps with outreach at the right time rather than guessing the company's situation. Understanding intent and words they are researching. However, this is based on key words we put in so it needs to be continuously refined for good data. The discovery feature seems to get a bit complicated with the amount of filters (sometimes would rather just see all the accounts in a specific area rather than having to filter by how hot or warm an account is).
