The web visits tool is the most useful feature of 6sense. It's helpful to identify what companies are interested prior to reaching out as well as understanding if proactive outreach is driving web visits. It is easy to identify which contacts are visitng the site. I frequently check 6sense Website Traffic when prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am hesitant to trust the intent feature outside of website visits. There are prospect actions that can trigger a "hot" or "warm" account, that should not trigger an intent, such as unsubscribing to an email list. Finding out which topics are being researched, and where the prospects are that are researching them. Before, I was casting a wide net across a company and now I can send emails around specified topics to prospects in the city that's popping up in 6sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My main dislike about 6sense is it can sometimes be tedious filtering out prosepct activity based on my outreach. Sometimes a prospect will open/click my email multiple times, and it propels the account into "Hot". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I find that potentially the keywords searched / links might be misleading the scoring data, ie they clicked a link (exciting) but upon research they clicked the unsubscribe link (not good) or looking up braod key words that might be part of everyday research and triggering intent signals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The information is not as great as I thought it would be. I've had a hard time finding people on llinkedin or info on companies that other tools have been able to find.
