For me as an SDR, the extension is what I like the most, it's easy to use and for the most part, the data is spot on. I love that I can export a prospect directly into a sequence in a few short steps. I like being able to see a company's buying stage and what they are most likely interested in. The UI on the desktop is hard to navigate and very confusing. There are no editable actions within the extension, unable to edit an email or add a phone number from the extension. Intent data is not completely accurate and cannot be viewed as an end all be all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it provides information to focus on and gives our team a clear path on where to spend their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't see a downside for the tool. It continues to improve and helps us drive sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really have nothing to say on this one, can't think of a single positive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where do I start? As a daily user of the platform, literally everything about 6sense is disappointing and frustrating. The awful data hygeine and data accuracy is top of the list - from constantly wrong phone numbers/email addresses to incorrect contacts and bogus "hot lead" intent, the platform just doesn't execute core functions you would expect from a business intelligence platform. The ultimate reason for a business choosing this platform - intent data - is also ridiculously inaccurate and oversold. I have not booked even a single meeting, let alone a deal, out of intent data use cases. It also has constant bugs in its Salesforce integration, spitting out either duplicate or unliked contacts making you do twice the work by copy/pasting info into where it should have gone.
Implementation was embarrassing, with the 6sense AE bragging over Zoom to 100+ members of our audience that he'd made Presidents' Club with the company and we all would too, as long as we used 6sense. The platform is also not intuitively configured, meaning many folks from my team struggled to get up to speed. Judging from the poor response times to address our needs, i would imagine the customer support is not great either, but I can't testify directly to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI of 6sense is very clean, easy on the eyes and simple to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Filters. I dislike how there are several different places for different filters to live. This made locating them a struggle at first, as a filter I had created the day before was gone and I couldn't remember if I saved it under Dashboard -People, Dashboard - Companies, Discovery - People, or Discover- Companies. These are also completely different from segments on the ABM side, which we also use as ISR's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very clear when and why accounts turn into 6QA and we can follow that to have meaningful conversations with our customers rather than bombarding with them with pointless promotions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is still not certain that it was the prospect who is researching you - it would be good to a a validity certainty to understand if this is really the customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the weekly intent data I get, the warm & hot leads also gives me a good reason to contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how I can't find much intent data. DemandBase provides quite a lot of keywords and intent data searched by our top accounts whereas I don't see any of this info in 6sense.
When getting contact info from 6sense and importing the contact into salesforce, it only creates a contact without tying it to the company/account name so I have to manually do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a great database for overall company information and for tracking intent data and what your customer segments are engaging with. Great at picking up intent signals from the market and uncovering new accounts to add into your funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not very user-friendly and has a lot of weird quirks. It is missing a lot of customization and functionality that would make it much easier to use across teams. For example - Reports and Views are either Private or Public with no ability to create Public folders. It would be way less messy if you were able to create folders and create different views for subsets of your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helps me find potentinal sales targets and gauge a companies interest without direct contact.
thorough training was very informative, integration was fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am underwhelmed with the ability to link keywords being searched to individuals, not just companies. If the triggers are coming from a large company, you don't have much to go off of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the most about this solution is its ability to connect me with decision makers' genuine mobile phone numbers, that can lead to substantial new pipeline for Genesys when conversations are held. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike inaccurate or old mobile phone number data, and I encounter a lot of it as a heavy 6 sense user. I understand these numbers change often, but it would be great to have a little higher confidence in the mobile phone data "percentage valid" #'s. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how 6sense is rooted in data to help pinpoint where our organization can focus. We are a smaller team so being able to prioritize our investment is helpful and also guide decisions for the future. I love being able to slice and dice the data and use 6sense to make me look smarter when making recommendations for our ICP, marketing program focus/spend and pipeline areas of improvement and more. I'm a big fan but if I had to pick something, we struggle with how 6sense treats global accounts as multiple accounts. This interferes with territory setup and also might be overstate accounts and increase spend. To their credit, 6sense has listended to me and has made steps to improve on this but the core setup is still an issue when it comes to integration with SF setup.
