Even the free account has a proffessional, polished looking invoice at the end. A client actually complimented me on it! In future, I'd like to get the paid account and customize the invoice to match my brand.
I like that I can create a client account (they even get a portal) so that I can easily select them, get their information autofilled into the invoice, and keep track of their payments.
I also appreciate that I can mark an invoice paid if they choose a different payment method, and also that I can offer payment through zoho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an "hours" setting that I could replace "units" with. I'm not selling goods, but hours of services. It feels a little bit off and I hope clients don't notice it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The support process was also slow, and the workaround offered added more manual work, which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that my invoices can be set up to auto-renew and come to my inbox to approve before they are sent out. I heavily use this app at the beginning of the month to make sure I get paid. I know security is a big deal, and people really need better security, but to sign in, you have to have an authenticator on your phone, scan a QR code, and then enter a code after entering the typical user name and password. It just seems to be a bit much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho allows you to quickly customize invoices, create relevant categories as well as being easy to use. I use Zoho invoice anytime I am sending out an invoice. I switched from excel where I had to manually input every single invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the interface and how easy it was to set up things and the little guide that was included for each module was helpful. Loved that it was easily integrated with Gmail and the notifications were almost instantaneous. Loved the fact that certain features could be recurring without having to do everything from scratch. It almost solved my all problems in single user interface. Earlier I was using other applications some of free and some of paid like Billfast, Vyapar etc but they did not have many options like Zoho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used many so called free software over the years but ZOHO invoice has been in a lague of its own. It is truly a free no limitations software with no hodden time frames or costs. I have been using ZOHO for a number of years and with every update it just gets better!!! I have spoken to their customer support team telephonically, they are very knowlageble and always willing to listen to your requests and concerns. I have used ZOHO for multiple businesses ranging from multiple invoices a day to one invoice a month with no issue what so ever.
