I like that it's constantly getting updated. Redwood seems very promising but it needs to be fully rolled out before larger companies can adopt it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have multiple modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) there are too many times that changes in one negatively affects another in unexpected ways. In prior implementations, I have noticed an increase in demand for Individual Compensation Plans to support requirements from different modules, such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, etc. I have noticed reluctance from Compensation teams to create and maintain plans that are to be consumed by different stakeholders. It would be great if it was possible to segregate visibility/management of ICPs across teams, so that each team can create and maintain their plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oracle HCM concept is great because we can use this as the primary source to management HCM functions. Overall, the software delivers what we expect from a HCM software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Workforce Rewards Cloud?

Lack of customer support and flexibility to work with customer's need. We had issues with Oracle not delivering on system refresh in a timely manner or patch being delayed. Lack of communication and general feeling that Oracle doesn't care much about their clients.
