What do you like best about 360Learning?

As the specialist responsible for implementing 360Learning, it is one of my key applications in my toolbox. While we also rely on other tools, we use work in this tool frequent, if not daily during certain periods. And as we keep expanding the use of 360Learning externally as well internally, the use will increase.

I highly appreciate 360Learning for its extensive customization capabilities, enabling the creation of unique portals with distinct branding, domains, messaging, and language options. This allows us to scale the use of 360Learning fast, easy and quickly as a response to any need that arises (e.g. new market entries).

Basic implementation of 360Learning was quite fast. The customer support and customer success teams at 360Learning understood that we had to launch a proof-of-concept within few months, and together with our team we were able to launch custom portals for different markets using different domains, self-sign up, and more. Especially closer to launch, the team was very responsive in answering questions regarding the API and other tech-related questions.

Additionally, its continuous release cycle ensures regular enhancements and new feature additions, keeping the platform updated and versatile. Furthermore, the out-of-the-box integrations with popular third-party enterprise applications, along with a robust API for custom integrations, significantly streamline our workflow and enhance user experience. What do you dislike about 360Learning?

While 360Learning offers many strengths, there are areas for improvement. Especially the authoring tool feels somewhat limited, relying heavily on third-party providers for full functionality. While this doesn't hurt us much, since we already utilize tools like Articulate in our team, it makes decentralizing somewhat more complicated.

Other then that, we periodically experience slower response times in customer support and customer success, which probably is due to the speed of growth that put some pressure on scaling these services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

360Learning solves our core challenge of operating in diverse markets with different products, languages, and segments. Its versatility and multi-lingual capabilities allow us to create and localize content centrally, then adapt and distribute it across various markets. Additionally, the platform's built-in project management tools and user-level management enable us to decentralize tasks like translations or content distribution to employees who may not have a background in Learning and Development or aren't that tech-savvy. In-addition, the platforms focus on collaborative learning aligns perfectly with our mission to foster peer-to-peer collaboration and content consumption, making 360Learning not just a solution, but a strategic enhancer of our organizational processes.

Our challenge when we signed with 360Learning was that we had to do a basic implementation of the tool quite fast, as we had to train customers and employees on a new module that we were about to launch. Within few months and relativily few resources, the platform was branded with our logo and colors, custom domains and different point of entries depending the market. Also, we managed within few days to connect our Okta SSO/SCIM with 360Learning to assign employees automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

We appreciate all the collaborative features that allow our learners to learn with and from each other. The globalization feature is what sets 360Learning apart from other LMSs. We can now quickly translate our training content into multiple languages and make it available to many more people within our organization.

It is easy to use and the different roles available make it also easy to administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

The native authoring tool is rather limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a multi-national organization, we needed a tool that was easy to manage and would allow us to easily translate our training content into many languages.

With 360Learning and the Globalization solution, we can now automatically translate our courses in many languages in no time. It drastically improves the experience for our learners as they can focus on the content without having to worry about translating in their native language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

I am a trainer based in Government Services and find 360Learnign very useful in hosting this training. I tend to not create the content on 360 - rather using Genially and then linking to this through 360Learning. I use 360Learning to measure understanding by creating quizzes etc. The reporting also helps me track completion and send out reminders to those still needing to complete the training. The dashboards allow for managers to manage their own staff etc. The AI is great for course summaries or creation although again as we use Genially for course creation its hasnt been utilized much by us. We prefer a slide show type trainer that can be interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Once a comment has been reviewed and responded to by one trainer there should be an potion to clear that comment for all users - quite often we have 8 trainers workign ont he same content and each comment goes to each one of those all the time - some trainers now have 3000 comments left to clear as they were not the instructor on these days but still had the comments go to them - it means comments that are actually for them often get lost. Once one trainer has reviewed they should be able to click - clear for everyone or somethign similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

My company launched 360Learning less than 5 months ago. Implementation was handled well and we have received great feedback from employees that it is easy to use and easily adoptable. We were able to integrate with our HRIS (Sage) which has minimized our need to manage employees manually. The AI features for content creation has been benefical and we are starting to dive into automated/dynamic assigning on content. We also appreciate the collaborative learning approach which discussion boards and reactions. Overall, we are pleased with this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Overall, I am pleased with 360Learning. The only "dislike" I could offer at this time is more an area of improvement. It would be great if the built in authoring tool was more robust. This could include for gamification and interactive features to make courses more engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

360Learning is helping to solve many problems. Our team has recently restructured which has left us with less people to do the same tasks. By using automation built within 360Learning, we're able to complete work just as fast. The AI capabilities have also been beneficial to creating content very quickly. What do you like best about 360Learning?

The fact that it allows me to track the learners' progress; it's a user-friendly tool that promotes engagement via forums and chat; the fact that people can learn at their own pace. The integration with other tools is also a plus. Customer support is very good and responses are timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

The insertion of content is cumbersome, sometimes, in particular the insertion of quizzes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

Is it often difficult for people to be available to share knowledge in person, and with a tool like 360Learning, people can learn at their own pace. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce in-person training costs.

The tool also makes it easier to track employee progress in a quicker, more effective, as opposed to manually. This is especially useful to track mandatory training like compliance, for instance.

Also, the training materials are accessible even after completing the training, which means that learners can go back and revisit the content.

Onboarding processes are also made easier, as it is easier to offer continuous learning opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

There is so much functionality enabling you to create the most engaging courses.

The support you get is fantastic! Not only from your Digital Success Partners and your Solution Deployment Manager but through the webinars and meet ups.

Very easy to set up and start creating courses.

It's easy to use for learners, we've had fantastic feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Due to their being lots of functionallity it's quite confusing to use at first. You get included in the Engagement Academy but the courses are quite simple and don't really show you how to do the things you want to however maybe I've not been using them correctly.

We've found that sometimes we can't use links for documents and we're goingt o get in touch with the help centre and sometimes it looses work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have over 850 employees around the world so having courses on here, that people can take in their own time as well as using the Forum option is great.

It's also helping us track and monitor training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

We utilize 360Learning for our new employee onboarding and to educate our existing employees on product and procedural updates. As users for the last few years, we have seen how 360 is continuing to develop based on user feedback and the needs of the clients. We enjoy that this platform give us the following: visibility into usage, user and class-specific data, the ability to use and reuse content, and support for comprehension checks. Since switching to 360 from another platform, our efficiency and ability to educate our team has increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

There are some features within 30 that are double edged swords. For example, we can now assign an entire path without needing to assign each individual sub-path. However, if you utilize this feature you cannot make certain sub-paths open at specific times. These are features that our team has found workarounds for in using this tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can now onboarding our new employees and update existing employees in an asynchronous manner, which is incredible as a remote-only company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Translated Using AI
What do you like best about 360Learning?

It is easy to access 360learning and create modules, especially since AI has reached this level.

The management of groups and group levels allows for quite advanced architecture/organization of training groups of expert trainers.

The support service is very responsive and understands the issues well.

Not having to go through an endless configuration phase is a real advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

I would like to see more bulk actions possible as the platform's owner administrator.

Additionally, it would be good if moving from one 360learning environment to another were easier, especially when there are many modules tagged with multiple combinations of tags ;-)

The inability to create more graphically enriched modules, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

I like the interface, very easy to navigate. I like the forum and the de-centralized strucutre that allows to have many creators. It is flexible enough to embed/link/import different interactive materials. It is perfect for modern organisations that drive accountability through allowing collaboration on the learning initiatives. The Account managers and the support teams are simply awesome, always there to answer my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

Nothing that I specifically dislike, I have some questions now and then but for the 2 years we've been using the platform all is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows to automatize onboarding training, optimize trianing across our global locations, provides flexibility for the learners and it is also a great tool for the specific departments because they can also create something specific for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360Learning?

360Learning allows you to create groups of learners. This is particularly helpful when every department has different learning needs. Recently, they've added AI technology to help generate courses, quiz questions, etc. It has gotten better and better with each update. I love that 360Learning makes the most out of new technology. The collaborative nature of the platform is also a benefit as it allows peer to peer learning in addition to instructor learning. Generally speaking their customer support team has been very responsive and the account managers never fail to respond very quickly. Courses and paths are easy to set up and deliver to employees. It has been particularly effective as an onboarding tool since my company is entirely remote, we use the LMS for every new hire we onboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360Learning?

I wish the platform allowed you to index training courses or at least share training playlists, there a workarounds that could be use for indexing but they are a bit clunky and not easy to use if you are new to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to 360Learning all of our training materials were disorganized and rarely updated. You had to hope that the individual mentoring a new hire was thorough and a lot of information feel through the cracks. Also, without a record of training it was difficult to hold employees accountable for new knowledge or even discover skill gaps until it became a major issue. Using 360Learning we are able to provide a consistent learning experience and ensure new hires receive the same knowledge every time they onboard. We are able to begin deploying new hires within their first week of hire with full deployment in their role within 30 days. This is a huge gain for us as just 1:1 training took about 6 months before new hires could handle the full responsibilities of their role. We are also able to continually assess and provide training to our legacy employees to ensure they stay up on corporate or industry changes. We are also using 360Learning to develop a robust corporate management training program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
