We bought 360Learning for the collaborative learning features. We are building a culture of collaborative and active learning and 360Learning is the only LMS on the market that does this well. I've used other LMS platforms in the past and did extensive research on what would meet our needs and 360Learning was the closest thing to it.
So far, our learners are enjoying the UI/UX and we're seeing some good interactivity with the reactions and discussion forum features with the platform. The home page makes it easier for learners to explore learning options.
We rely a lot on SME generated content. I firmly believe 360Learning's authoring tool is the easiest for SMEs to use and gives the most customization for creating interactive learning experiences than any other LMS authoring tool. Our L&D team uses Articulate 360/Storyline among other software to create engaging eLearning. 360Learning's authoring tool isn't as robust as those tools, but it is the most robust I've seen for SME generated content. Our SMEs are able to create more engaging courses now. SME generated eLearning prior to this would only be a long recorded video which isn't effective.
Although our users don't seem to use the functionality as much yet, the mobile app is easy to use and there's a integration with Teams. It's also very easy to set up private groups for a variety of purposes. We aren't doing a lot of it currently, but in the future, I can see how we can utilize 360Learning for client facing training easily and create some revenue streams for L&D
The Client Success and Product Teams are very receptive to feedback and I like how easy it is to submit questions or support tickets. I also really appreciate that 360Learning has made their product roadmap transparent in the platform. It's nice to know what features are coming and a timeline to plan how we can integrate into our programs.
Overall, 360Learning isn't perfect and there are some challenges on the admin side, but I think it was the best LMS choice for us today and can become the best LMS on the market in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No LMS is perfect and all seem to have their disadvantages. As someone who has used a good amount of LMS's in the past, there are some challenges on the ADMIN side that I was used to be being able to do in the past. However, the learner experience has been drastically improved and a little inconvenience for the admin team is worth the overall benefit for all of our users.
- The collaborative learning features are great, but they are not currently available when using SCORM. We have been using a combination of SCORM and the native authoring tool, but wish we could use the collaborative learning features more since that's why we bought them
- There are some restrictions that are only available on paths that would be easier to have available in a course. We are creating more paths than I ever had to do before to use the full functionality of open answer questions. For example, ILT courses need to be set up using the paths feature since that is where the classroom feature is.
- Currently, there is no way to manually assign a user to a course or mark users complete for courses which has made the migration to 360Learning take longer. They have the capability to migrate stats, but it's via their team.
- The technical set up aspects have taken longer than ideal for me. Some of this is on our IT team, but there are some efficiencies that could be improved.
- The Teams integration application appears to not allow for playing SCORM courses.
- Custom dashboards aren't available yet (on the roadmap for 2023). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate all the collaborative features that allow our learners to learn with and from each other. The globalization feature is what sets 360Learning apart from other LMSs. We can now quickly translate our training content into multiple languages and make it available to many more people within our organization.
It is easy to use and the different roles available make it also easy to administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The native authoring tool is rather limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a trainer based in Government Services and find 360Learnign very useful in hosting this training. I tend to not create the content on 360 - rather using Genially and then linking to this through 360Learning. I use 360Learning to measure understanding by creating quizzes etc. The reporting also helps me track completion and send out reminders to those still needing to complete the training. The dashboards allow for managers to manage their own staff etc. The AI is great for course summaries or creation although again as we use Genially for course creation its hasnt been utilized much by us. We prefer a slide show type trainer that can be interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once a comment has been reviewed and responded to by one trainer there should be an potion to clear that comment for all users - quite often we have 8 trainers workign ont he same content and each comment goes to each one of those all the time - some trainers now have 3000 comments left to clear as they were not the instructor on these days but still had the comments go to them - it means comments that are actually for them often get lost. Once one trainer has reviewed they should be able to click - clear for everyone or somethign similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company launched 360Learning less than 5 months ago. Implementation was handled well and we have received great feedback from employees that it is easy to use and easily adoptable. We were able to integrate with our HRIS (Sage) which has minimized our need to manage employees manually. The AI features for content creation has been benefical and we are starting to dive into automated/dynamic assigning on content. We also appreciate the collaborative learning approach which discussion boards and reactions. Overall, we are pleased with this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, I am pleased with 360Learning. The only "dislike" I could offer at this time is more an area of improvement. It would be great if the built in authoring tool was more robust. This could include for gamification and interactive features to make courses more engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that it allows me to track the learners' progress; it's a user-friendly tool that promotes engagement via forums and chat; the fact that people can learn at their own pace. The integration with other tools is also a plus. Customer support is very good and responses are timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The insertion of content is cumbersome, sometimes, in particular the insertion of quizzes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is so much functionality enabling you to create the most engaging courses.
The support you get is fantastic! Not only from your Digital Success Partners and your Solution Deployment Manager but through the webinars and meet ups.
Very easy to set up and start creating courses.
It's easy to use for learners, we've had fantastic feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Due to their being lots of functionallity it's quite confusing to use at first. You get included in the Engagement Academy but the courses are quite simple and don't really show you how to do the things you want to however maybe I've not been using them correctly.
We've found that sometimes we can't use links for documents and we're goingt o get in touch with the help centre and sometimes it looses work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

360 Learning has been a game-changer for us. It's incredibly user-friendly, making it accessible even to those not tech-savvy. The implementation was smooth, thanks to their detailed project management. Their customer support is outstanding, always ready to help. Our employees use it daily, finding it engaging. The platform's features are robust yet easy to navigate. Integrating it with our existing systems was a breeze. Content creation is fun with their intuitive tools, and everyone from learners to authors has embraced it. Overall, 360 Learning has uplifted our training and development in ways we didn't expect. The AI design assistant in 360 Learning has been a helpful addition, making content creation smoother and more intuitive.Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing stands out as particularly disliked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We utilize 360Learning for our new employee onboarding and to educate our existing employees on product and procedural updates. As users for the last few years, we have seen how 360 is continuing to develop based on user feedback and the needs of the clients. We enjoy that this platform give us the following: visibility into usage, user and class-specific data, the ability to use and reuse content, and support for comprehension checks. Since switching to 360 from another platform, our efficiency and ability to educate our team has increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some features within 30 that are double edged swords. For example, we can now assign an entire path without needing to assign each individual sub-path. However, if you utilize this feature you cannot make certain sub-paths open at specific times. These are features that our team has found workarounds for in using this tech. It is easy to access 360learning and create modules, especially since AI has reached this level.
The management of groups and group levels allows for quite advanced architecture/organization of training groups of expert trainers.
The support service is very responsive and understands the issues well.
Not having to go through an endless configuration phase is a real advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see more bulk actions possible as the platform's owner administrator.
Additionally, it would be good if moving from one 360learning environment to another were easier, especially when there are many modules tagged with multiple combinations of tags ;-)
The inability to create more graphically enriched modules, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the interface, very easy to navigate. I like the forum and the de-centralized strucutre that allows to have many creators. It is flexible enough to embed/link/import different interactive materials. It is perfect for modern organisations that drive accountability through allowing collaboration on the learning initiatives. The Account managers and the support teams are simply awesome, always there to answer my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I specifically dislike, I have some questions now and then but for the 2 years we've been using the platform all is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
