The only downside or inconvenience that I have experienced thus far is that when daylight savings comes, you have to manually change the time or else your batch will not go through to funding for next day. 360 Payments makes it easy to process payments from standard in-store processing with integration with our point-of-sale system and after-hours pickup with their text-to-pay feature. Their customer service is above any other merchant services I have dealt with. Jenelle is our Rep, and she is easy to get ahold of and takes care of my needs fast.
