In my opinion the 1E Platform is likely the fastest and most advanced automation\remediation currently in the market. Implementaion on-prem vs SaaS are both easy while scaling it to an inreased demand is seamless.
We have utilized the platform extensively for four years now and from all our initiatives only perhaps 1% of the time the Platform cannot deliver, and 99% of the time its due to limitations elsewhere within a application or operating system.
The language is easy to use as its basicaly SQL lite, it intergrates natively with ServiceNow and other systems via its restful API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I mostly enjoy 1E to enhance our SCCM infrastracture. I think is a very good addition in order to get rid of distribution points and this saves a lot of time and money. Also the inventory integration is really easy and help with inside reporting. We are using 1E on a daily basis and the implementation was easy. Very helpful, Very easy to deal with. When we opened a case for an issue, 1E Support quickly answered, and almost every problem was fixed during the call.
The online train has been great and can easily be rewatched for a refresher, as needed.

All of the problems we have had with 1E have nothing to actually do with 1E at all. They have all been internal issues for example defending the expenditure for the products we hold. Changes other teams have made caused things like Pxe Everywhere to fail repeatedly.
The only real complaint is the lack of reporting from Tachyon. so we can easily show its actual worth off to senior management without tons of outside reporting. so just out-of-the-box reporting and dashboards would be fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1E helped our organization to maintain a baseline for managing workstations. Initially, we used it to overcome the high bandwidth utilization issue by enabling SSD, but eventually, we enabled Nomad, Experience, PXE Everywhere and all other modules, and we must say the instructions and GS rules are very efficient to remediate client issues.
