I use 15Five for employees to track their weeklies with their managers, define their goals, and monitor progress. I appreciate that it gives visibility on progress across the whole organization and allows us to challenge managers so that they prioritize the growth of employees, share feedback, and develop rigor and structure in their regular meetings. What I like the most is the questions 15Five raises, which enables managers to become more relevant and focused in their management, unlocking real business value through this. The feature I value the most is the weekly check-in, which I use extensively as it acts as a key tracker of performance and what’s happening between managers and their direct report, enabling growth in feedback within the organization. The initial setup was very smooth, with great online onboarding and templates available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The weekly check-ins can become repetitive and team members can sometimes lose engagement. It would be great to challenge the structure over time through recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us! It’s great to hear how you’re using 15Five to bring more visibility, structure, and meaningful conversations into your managers’ day-to-day and that the initial setup/onboarding was easy to move through.
We also hear you on the check-ins feeling repetitive over time; keeping engagement fresh is incredibly important. Did you know that you can customize the questions that show up in a weekly check-in? This allows weekly check-ins to stay fresh and can help boost engagement. I've linked an article on managing check-in questions below, however, if you need additional support you can email us at support@15five.com.
