What do you like best about 15Five?

15Five has been a fantastic tool for our organization! It's more than just performance management software—it's a true communication and alignment platform that has transformed the way our team connects, gives feedback, and grows.

The weekly check-ins are a simple but powerful way to stay in touch with how everyone is doing, both personally and professionally. Managers get real-time insights into team morale and challenges, which has helped us be more proactive and supportive. What do you dislike about 15Five?

One area where 15Five could improve is the user interface, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first—especially for new users or those who aren't as tech-savvy. With so many features and options available, the learning curve can be steep, and navigating between performance reviews, objectives, and check-ins isn’t always as intuitive as it could be. What do you like best about 15Five?

I find 15Five incredibly easy to use, which makes my tasks more straightforward and less time-consuming. Its interface is not only user-friendly but also aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the overall experience of managing OKRs and conducting performance reviews. This aspect of 15Five significantly contributes to keeping records of goals and reviews seamless, enabling us to maintain accountability and effective reporting within our team. I like how recognition (“High Fives”) creates a culture of appreciation across teams.

The interface can feel cluttered at times, especially when navigating across modules.

Some customization and reporting options are limited — I wish it were easier to tailor dashboards to team needs.
