What do you like best about 15Five?

15Five has been a fantastic tool for our organization! It's more than just performance management software—it's a true communication and alignment platform that has transformed the way our team connects, gives feedback, and grows.

The weekly check-ins are a simple but powerful way to stay in touch with how everyone is doing, both personally and professionally. Managers get real-time insights into team morale and challenges, which has helped us be more proactive and supportive. What do you dislike about 15Five?

I find 15Five incredibly easy to use, which makes my tasks more straightforward and less time-consuming.
