How would you say you create a level of diferentiation between your users so that they feel motivated to keep earning points and leveling up?

Every contact is saved based on email address as per my understanding. Once a user's email is changed due to attrition or company revisal email address, Glue Up platform doesn't accept it and we have to create a new account altogether as a separate contact entity.
